I recently stayed at a hotel in Midleton and was pleasantly surprised by the location. It was conveniently located, just a short distance from all the popular tourist attractions. The accessibility made it easy for me to explore the city without any hassle.

The service was slow due to not enough staff, but the staff I interacted with were pleasant. Unfortunately, the quality of the meal itself was poor and left a lot to be desired.

It only took us 15 minutes to get to Cork, which was very convenient. the room we stayed in was beautiful and the food at the hotel was absolutely delicious. the breakfast selection was great, and we even had breakfast delivered to our room upon request. the bar had a cozy and nice atmosphere, making it a great place to relax after a long day. the staff, especially Azim and Kenneth, were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. They were helpful with our boarding passes and always had a smile on their faces. the hotel facilities were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food. the pool facilities were excellent and I especially enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. the location of the hotel was convenient and easily accessible.

There were some issues with the room allocation upon check-in and the cleanliness of the room could have been better. Additionally, there was a mix-up with the dinner reservation and the service during dinner was chaotic with understaffing issues.

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were upgraded without extra cost, and they were magnificent. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially in the leisure center and the newly built bistro. The breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as it was close to the town center and there was a bus stop at the door to take us into Cork. Additionally, the parking was free, which was a bonus.
