The value for money at Lowell was excellent and the room exceeded our expectations. The location was great, with easy access to the metro and Central Park. The staff treated us exceptionally well, from the friendly receptionists to the helpful concierge and attentive restaurant staff.

During my recent Christmas stay, I was pleased with the elegant and pristine guest rooms. the hotel's location on a quiet tree-lined street, not far from Central Park, was a key advantage. Additionally, the ample gym facility was a great feature.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the lack of a view from my room was a disappointment.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, just a short walk from the metro and close to Central Park. The staff at the front desk, concierge, restaurant, and room service were all friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the service provided by the staff was outstanding. The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, and the bar had a good selection, although they were unfamiliar with Hendricks gin.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by offering a wider selection of teas and ensuring the tea is not stewed. Additionally, the scones were a bit too sweet and the Scottish lemon curd didn't quite hit the mark.

The hotel had a pleasant scent and the staff was welcoming and attentive. They even remembered our special occasion and surprised us with treats. the room was spacious and the bathroom had beautiful marble details. the hotel lounge was stunning and we had a comfortable night's sleep. the breakfast in the hotel was also delicious.

The room we stayed in had signs of wear, including subtle stains on the carpet. the view from our room was disappointing, facing other buildings.

They accommodated our request for an early check-in and provided a free turn-down service with chilled bottled water and fresh fruit. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch. The location was ideal, with easy access to transportation, including the metro, and close proximity to both the Lower East Side and the museums further uptown on Museum Mile. The hotel facilities, including the library and bar, were beautifully designed and offered a peaceful retreat in the bustling city. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff in the restaurant provided exceptional service.

The bar at The Lowell was truly exceptional. Immaculate service, expert bartenders, and a beautifully decorated space made for a memorable experience. No crass TVs, just a quiet and sophisticated ambiance.
