The hotel had a very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean rooms. The air conditioning worked well, even in late October. The location was great, with many restaurants nearby and a subway station within walking distance. The neighborhood had a nice NYC buzz without feeling touristy.

my family and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lucerne in New York. We stayed for a week and found the hotel to be beautiful, with a spacious room that comfortably accommodated all four of us. The location was incredibly convenient, with subway stations for midtown, downtown, and uptown just a short 5-minute walk away. There were also countless restaurants within walking distance, and attractions like Central Park and the National History Museum were only a 5-minute walk as well. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The highlight for me was the complimentary internet, which was reliable and didn't come with any extra fees. I appreciated this feature and it was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel.

This hotel provided an authentic experience of New York. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it was still close to everything including excellent restaurants and all attractions. The cozy and immaculate rooms were designed for maximum comfort with a great view. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and well-mannered. The hotel has excellent breakfast spots and other facilities such as a doorman and housekeeping staff, a real delight!

While the hotel provided a great experience, some upholstered furniture in the rooms and lobby may need refurbishment to maintain the hotel's quality.

I recently had a business trip to the upper west side and stayed at Hotel Lucerne. The staff were friendly and efficient, and they even upgraded my room to a large suite without me asking. The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was impeccably clean. The location was perfect, just a block from the subway and within walking distance of Central Park, the Museum of Natural History, and Lincoln Center. There were also plenty of great restaurants and bars in the area, along with supermarkets for convenience. a great stay!

I recently stayed at The Lucerne Hotel for a weekend getaway and it exceeded my expectations. The room was so quiet, I forgot I was in the heart of the city. The shower had powerful jets of hot water, a rare find nowadays. The staff was friendly and accommodating, granting me a late check-out with no hassle. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the subway, AMNH, and the Children's Museum. I even dined at the attached restaurant, Nice Matin, for breakfast and loved the lively atmosphere.

We enjoyed the two complementary drinks offered at check-in and the friendly staff. the location was perfect for exploring the city and we loved being close to great restaurants and attractions.

The room was incredibly small and cramped, making it hard to move around. We also found the outdated decor to be uninviting and the lack of ventilation in the bathroom made for an uncomfortable experience.
