the rooms have great bathrooms, super comfy beds, and offer fantastic views. the restaurant menu was limited for kids, which was a letdown.

During my stay, I encountered several frustrating service issues. The front desk staff seemed unengaged, as they failed to inform me about my pre-purchased breakfast until I prompted them. Additionally, my room had issues with the tub stopper, and it took multiple attempts before it was remotely functional. I expected more attention to detail for a hotel of this caliber, and unfortunately, my experience fell short.

This venue exceeded my expectations! The rooftop bar offered stunning views, while the room felt lavish with thoughtful touches like bookmarks and chocolates. A complimentary shuttle made exploring easy. Every staff member was attentive, making the entire stay feel like a total wow experience! I can’t wait for my next visit.

The Rainwater Suite was pure luxury with an exquisite soaking tub that helped me unwind. The rooftop Vista Bar is a must-visit for its breathtaking views of downtown Cincinnati! I was blown away by the exceptional service and personalized touches from the staff—it truly made my stay unforgettable.

but the room service took a little while to respond. the free breakfast was a great surprise for us. loved the soft, comfy bed and the spacious bathroom with a soaking tub. the shuttle service was super convenient getting us around town.

We showed up without a reservation and got a room with a soaking tub—just what we needed before a big surgery. The staff went above and beyond. Sarah even brought us a bubbly and berries pack, along with a handwritten note that really touched our hearts.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but worth every penny for the experience.

The room had delightful evening turn downs (loved the chocolates! ). Staff were consistently attentive, and the complimentary shuttle made exploring the downtown area so easy.

I did notice some noise between floors. perhaps better soundproofing would help (I could hear footsteps early in the morning).
