I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond by upgrading my room for free and providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The comfortable bed and spa-like bathroom made me feel like I was in a luxurious oasis. The hotel is also conveniently located just a short walk from the beautiful South Beach, in the lively art deco area. Plus, the complimentary breakfast and in-room espresso machine were a nice added touch.

We had the best stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We loved that the hotel provided beach chair and umbrella for free, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, just a block away from the beach and in the heart of South Beach, close enough to the action but not too close. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent, although it may be a bit pricey. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Ocean Drive and the shopping district, with a guarded parking lot opposite the hotel. Additionally, the staff is accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, including upgrading the room and providing an extended check-out time.

They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, even offering me a welcome drink to start off my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, from the cozy sitting area to the mini-bar stocked with all my favorite drinks. And the best part? The room was soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing night's sleep.

In short, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The accommodations at the hotel were absolutely fabulous. I stayed in a larger King room and it exceeded my expectations. The room had a nice sofa and TV set up, bathrobes, beach towels, and even a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom and shower were exceptional. Additionally, the staff at the front desk, particularly David, Iana, and Ismeris. They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and were always responsive to our requests. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

The only downside was the presence of plastic cups in the room considering the high price of $399 per night. It would have been nice to have more luxurious glassware available.

They even offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day before heading back to the airport. The room itself was exceptional, with all the amenities we needed. Plus, there was a restaurant attached to the hotel that served delicious meals. I would definitely choose this hotel again for its convenient location and everything it had to offer!

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the bustling Ocean Drive and the beautiful beach. We loved being able to explore the Art Deco district and experience the charming architecture of the 30s. The hotel was set back from the main street, so we didn't have to deal with any noise disturbances.

One downside was the lack of a pool and a bigger lounge area. Additionally, we found it odd that the black out shades did not have draw strings to open and close them.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. Additionally, the parking option was available for a small fee, making it convenient for those traveling with a car.
