One of the downsides was the lack of coffee/tea facilities in the room, which was a bit surprising for a 4, star hotel. Additionally, some interactions with the staff were time, consuming and not straightforward, such as slow service and issues with payment.

Had an okay time here over Christmas but found the place to be overpriced for what was offered. On a positive note though, the two free drinks offered during happy hour and the complimentary cookies were a nice touch. the hotel's location in the heart of the city center meant that everything was just a short walk away. I particularly enjoyed the fact that there was a rooftop bar offering stunning views of the surrounding area.

This place was definitely not worth the money. the prices were exorbitant, especially considering the lack of amenities and the fact that there was no complimentary breakfast.
