The stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience from start to finish. the staff was friendly and efficient, making sure all my needs were met from the front check-in to the check-out. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a separate/private bedroom from the living area, which I appreciated. the location in the Warehouse District of New Orleans was excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. I also found the texting valet option convenient, providing updates on car retrieval times.

I did find the bedroom to be warmer than the rest of the room, despite adjusting the A/C. the valet parking and bar prices were a bit on the higher side.

The Mercantile Hotel in New Orleans definitely exceeded my expectations. Despite the view from my room, the staff was great and the room was huge with fun record player and jazz records. A clean oasis in Nola!

The moment we walked in, we felt like we were characters in an old novel, surrounded by the elegance of a bygone era. I recently stayed at a unique hotel in a vibrant neighbourhood filled with history and charm. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the best spots in the city. The hospitality was top-notch, and the Confectionary bar was a great place to unwind. The room was cozy and had everything I needed, including fluffy towels and a comfy bed. loved the decor, cleanliness, and stunning views. great water pressure and heat in the shower. complimentary breakfast had hot and cold options, three coffee choices, and nice common space with good Wifi.

The Mercantile Hotel provided a pleasant stay with its spacious and updated rooms, friendly service crew, and great location near contemporary restaurants. The ambiance and night vibe were amazing, complemented by the excellent service of staff like Riko and Regime. The Junior Suite was very spacious, accommodating all our needs, although not fully wheelchair accessible. Nearby landmarks like the New Orleans Riverwalk Shopping Center and Cafe du Monde added to our family bonding experience with leisure options and exploration opportunities.
