Great Value, Central Location. The hotel offers great value for the price, with comfortable rooms and a friendly atmosphere. The central location makes it easy to explore nearby restaurants, bars, and parks. Plus, the breakfast served at the hotel is outstanding, with a variety of options to choose from.

Noisy and Inconvenient Construction. Unfortunately, during my stay, there was construction happening nearby, which was noisy and disruptive.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with twin beds on the second floor of the carriage house, complete with a cozy fireplace. The attention to detail is evident throughout the property, with antique touches and a preserved historical feel. The breakfast options are extensive and delicious, with a buffet of fresh fruits and pastries followed by a menu of mouth-watering hot dishes.

The perfect romantic escape! We fell in love with the charming, unpretentious decor and cozy accommodations. The friendly staff made us feel right at home, and the made-to-order breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location was ideal for exploring the area, with convenient access to restaurants and amenities. We also appreciated the discount offered for Green Mountain Club members and the backpacker-friendly atmosphere. a wonderful stay that we would highly recommend.

Great value for money and attention to detail, this hotel's location is in a fantastic area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even better. Our room was cozy, complete with a fireplace, and we appreciated the extra twin beds available. The included breakfast was a great start to the day.

As a disabled traveler, I was impressed with the spacious and comfortable third-floor family suite. The bathroom was well-appointed, and the toiletries provided were of high quality. The location was also convenient, within walking distance to several great restaurants. The staff, especially John, was exceptional and made our stay memorable. The breakfast was superb, with a wide selection of delicious options to choose from. the inn provided a delightful experience for my family.

As women traveling alone, we felt completely at ease at this funky, friendly inn. The owner, John, and his staff were kind and down to earth, making us feel right at home. The cozy and comfortable rooms were a delight, and the attention to detail in the 18th-century decor was impressive. We loved the interesting photos on the walls and the inviting antique organ. The highlight of our stay was definitely the delicious breakfast - the best we've ever had in our 66 years of enthusiastic eating. The inn is also conveniently located near a state park, perfect for swimming or hiking, and just a short drive away from Stowe, without all the touristy crowds. And of course, we can't forget Sophie, the charming inn parrot who stole our hearts!

Lovely, cozy Victorian-style home with a comfortable bed and plenty of bedding. Enjoyed relaxing in the cozy living room with a great selection of reading material. The small bar was a pleasant surprise, perfect for a mixed drink or glass of wine. The breakfast included both continental and made-to-order options. Another bonus was the convenient walking distance to downtown. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this B&B for a charming and affordable stay in Waterbury, VT!

We had the most enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in historic Waterbury center, within walking distance of amazing restaurants. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel facilities were great and the parking was convenient. We loved the cozy tavern where we could unwind and have a nightcap. this hotel exceeded our expectations in cleanliness, location right off the highway, and the fantastic breakfast options.
