I got great value for my money at this hotel and the room was absolutely beautiful. The location was fantastic, with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The staff treated me with kindness and were very accommodating.

The menu for breakfast could be improved with some deli cheese and meat options.

The hotel's location was great, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. It was also a short drive away from some of the main attractions in the city, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities.

One of the downsides of my stay was the early morning housekeeping. They would come to the room around 8:45am, which was a bit too early for my liking, especially when I wanted to sleep in.

I also felt safe here, which was really important to me. The staff were wonderful and always went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Our family with 2 small kids had a fabulous stay at a boutique hotel located in a strategic area next to everything. The staff was wonderful and helpful, providing maps and recommendations for walking the fascinating neighborhood. The hotel is close to The Grove where the American Girl store is, and is located between the museums of Wilshire Blvd. and the nightclubs of Santa Monica Blvd. The rooms are comfortable and have unique toiletries.

The breakfast could have been better.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't be more perfect, nestled in a safe area between the museums of Wilshire Blvd. The staff here are truly wonderful, always polite and friendly. The room itself was clean, modern, and spacious, exceeding all of my expectations. The amenities provided, such as free Wi-Fi and a Keurig coffee machine, made my stay even more enjoyable. And let's not forget about the delicious food! The in-house restaurant had a great selection of beers, cocktails, and mouthwatering dishes. I can't wait to come back here, this place is highly recommended!

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the attentive and friendly staff, especially Felice. The hotel's cleanliness and ideal location made it easy for us to explore popular areas like downtown, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Venice, and Santa Monica. Uber rides to these locations were affordable, usually around $11. The reception staff, Caren and Giovanni, were kind and helpful. The surrounding area felt safe and had a variety of bars and restaurants to choose from. The spacious room with direct access to the back, where the swimming pool is, was a nice upgrade. The shower was large and enjoyable. The hotel provided amenities like make up remover towels, which we haven't seen in other hotels. we had a great stay and would have no hesitation in staying again.
