the room was not clean and had roaches. management was nasty and dismissive when I reported the issues.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites and had a fantastic time. The hotel had everything I needed right on the property, so I didn't have to leave for anything. The on-site restaurant and bar were convenient, and I also enjoyed the additional bar in the hotel lounge. The lazy pool and swimming pool were great for relaxation, and the fire pits added a cozy touch. I especially loved the live singers outside the restaurant, providing a lovely atmosphere while I relaxed in the lazy pool. The breakfast had a variety of food choices and was delicious. I will definitely be visiting again.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely perfect. We were able to easily access all the attractions we had planned for the evening, and being right on the beach meant stunning views and easy access to the sand and waves. Our room was spacious and clean, with a balcony facing the Gulf. We loved being able to enjoy the ocean breeze and watch the sunset from our own private space. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The basic amenities, like having a TV in the room and a delicious breakfast included, made our stay even better. The attention to detail was evident throughout, making this hotel a great value for money.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was wonderful and we couldn't find any fault.

The room had a cozy cabin feel with ample space and a comfortable bed. The beach walkway and option to rent beach chairs and umbrellas were great perks. The outdoor pool and lazy river provided perfect relaxation. The separate rooms and calming color scheme added a touch of privacy, and the big walk-in showers were a definite highlight. Two TVs in the room were a smart idea.

I had a wonderful stay at Springhill Suites in Navarre Beach. The hotel is impeccably clean and the staff is dedicated and friendly. The rooms with ocean view balconies provide breathtaking views of the beach and stunning sunsets. I received a $25 meal voucher for the neighboring restaurant, which had delicious food. The complimentary breakfast was also great, with an open area that didn't feel crowded. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby as well. I will definitely stay here again.

The room layout was perfect and the furniture was flexible. We loved how the table could be moved to use as a prep space for drinks and snacks. the tall dressers were also a nice addition, providing better drawer height. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean and bay from our corner balcony room.
