The staff was amazing, attentive, and friendly. The decor was beautiful, mixing modern and vintage elements. The luxurious yet cozy atmosphere felt like a home away from home. Attention to detail was evident throughout, with dimmable lighting, a washer and dryer in the room, and even a white noise machine. The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. Complimentary welcome cocktail, fresh pastries, and bikes added to the overall experience.

Friendly staff and beautiful decor made our stay enjoyable. the location was perfect, within walking distance to many places. We enjoyed the complimentary welcome cocktail and fresh pastries in the morning. the room was equipped with a washer and dryer which was convenient. the hotel had a cozy and luxurious vibe, making us feel right at home.

The noise level on the streets at night made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Drag racing cars and loud revellers made it difficult to relax.

I had a fantastic stay at Pinch Charleston! The hotel had a beautiful and luxurious look with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and well-equipped with modern features and a washer and dryer, making my stay very convenient. The dimmable lighting added a touch of ambiance, and the white noise machine provided a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. The staff, especially Andrea from valet, were amazing and provided excellent recommendations for local spots. The location of the hotel was perfect, right downtown within walking distance of many attractions. I also loved the complimentary welcome cocktail, fresh pastries in the morning, and the lush patio with a roaring fireplace. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout my stay made it truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and comfortable experience.

This place is a bit on the expensive side, but it's well worth it for the beautiful and spacious rooms, excellent staff, and superb cleanliness. We loved that the staff was so friendly and accommodating, especially with our little one.
