This hotel is located at the center of downtown, making it a convenient location to explore El Paso. The rooms are newly renovated, yet still retain their historical character, with great views of the city. The rooftop bar is a must-visit for cool drinks and food. And breakfast was delicious!

Excellent location, beautiful and clean accommodations, and friendly staff make for a great stay. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious and the rooftop terrace boasts stunning views. Bathroom is luxurious and room service makes for a convenient meal option.

The hotel is in a prime location within the heart of downtown, with easy access to the best area for nightlife, including a lively nightclub, and a shopping street that ends at the crossing to Mexico. The room and bathroom are stylish and comfortable with Nespresso machines and Le Labo bath products. The breakfast was great, and staff were very accommodating, providing high-end touches such as an exclusive rooftop bar.

One minor setback might be the parking, which could be a bit confusing since there is no valet yet, though the hotel provides parking in a nearby garage.

We were looking for a romantic escape and the two complementary glasses of wine and chocolates on arrival were a lovely gesture. the hotel's location was perfect, close to great restaurants and shopping areas. Plus, the bed was really comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

From the exclusive toiletries to the comfortable bed, everything was perfect. the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views, and the restaurant's menu was diverse, even accommodating my special diet. the location was ideal, and the staff at this hotel provided exceptional service.

Although the shower was spacious and had lovely products, it was not ideal for someone with long hair. this was a minor issue and did not detract from my overall positive experience at this venue.
