The hotel is within walking distance of Universal Studios, only about a 15-minute stroll away, and just a short drive to Disney, making it super convenient for anyone wanting to enjoy the parks; plus, it's close to many restaurants and fun spots like ICON Park, Wet 'n Wild, and Ripley's Believe It or Not which are all under 2 km away, and the spacious suites with full kitchens and a lovely pool area add to the stay experience; however, there were a few cleanliness issues and maintenance needs in the room that could be addressed.

The cheerful staff made for a welcoming experience, especially Tiffany and Bertha at the front desk. The room was spacious and clean, though a bit dated, with a comfy king bed and a full kitchen. Disappointingly, housekeeping didn't clean during our stay, which felt odd. The bartender Javier served amazing cocktails, though breakfast didn’t impress—scrambled eggs masquerading as an omelet didn’t cut it. While the location is a plus, some rooms need serious attention; bugs in our first room were alarming. It’s like a home away from home, but it could definitely use a refresh.

The suite we stayed in felt like a cozy one-bedroom apartment, perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable, although slightly firm, which wasn’t ideal for my back. A full kitchen added convenience, and the spaciousness of the room was appreciated. the sofa was in poor condition, stained and unclean. The pool area was well-maintained every morning, but the lack of supervision was concerning, especially with guests smoking near the water. While the location was superb for visiting nearby attractions, we encountered some operational issues that did detract from our experience.

Daily cleaning wasn’t standard, and towels were lacking poolside. One elevator was down during my visit, causing inconvenience. Staff interactions varied, with notable exceptions highlighting good customer service. Breakfast options are limited, lacking variety for dietary restrictions. Minor maintenance issues also need addressing. A solid choice, but improvements are necessary for a flawless experience.

The Point Hotel & Suites Universal offers generously sized rooms, complete with a full kitchen and a large bathroom. the condition of the furniture needs attention, and customer service can be lacking. This property is budget-friendly, suitable for families, but may not meet luxury expectations.

It was uncomfortable, and the linens were missing. We had to buy a blanket since they only gave us sheets. Plus, the elevator was down the whole time—frustrating!

Just a suitable option for a brief stopover in Orlando with good price-quality ratio. Great location to all parks.

The room was so spacious and spotless with a dreamy spa tub! I loved lounging by the gorgeous pool and sipping drinks at the tiki bar. The staff was super friendly and made my stay so enjoyable!

The hotel had great location! I was able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants, and watching the fireworks from my window every night was lovely. The bed and pillows were super comfy 🛏. The pool area was nice, they even had a hot tub and pool table. Only downside was, one elevator was out of service upon arrival, but it got fixed the next day - just a minor hiccup.
