the point hotel & suites universal is super clean and close to disney world. the staff is helpful and even warned me about disney closures. also, they gave me extra k-cups and allowed me to check in early. and the location is minutes away from international drive and plenty of food places.

The hot tub provided a perfect relaxation option, and the on-site food and beverage options made it convenient to grab a quick bite without having to venture far. The shuttle service also proved to be very useful for getting around the area, making it a seamless experience for business travelers like myself.

Located conveniently near Disney and Universal properties, we were in awe of how pleasant everyone was, especially Andrea and Andres. The spacious one-bedroom suite with the largest hotel bathroom I've ever had was truly jaw-dropping. Perfect for families, the adjoining room was a GREAT addition. We loved the well-heated, large pool and the jacuzzi bathtub. The in-room washer and dryer were a fantastic surprise, and the balcony added to the overall amazing experience. The staff, from maintenance to the reception desk, were way above average, making our stay unforgettable. The hotel's cleanliness and value for the area couldn't be beaten. Absolutely no negatives to mention at all.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the home-like amenities such as the washer, dryer, stove, and fridge. The location was perfect, near all the main attractions and only a short distance from Universal Studios and shopping malls. The room size was impressive, with a beautiful view and comfortable beds. The bathroom was spacious and had a small tub in the stand-up shower.

I chose this hotel for attending a congregation because it provides an exciting hub for sports arenas and convention centers, including the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. The audio-visual equipment and support staff were available to ensure everything went smoothly with technology setup and transitions between presentations.

I missed having access to a business center for my work needs.
