The front desk workers were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Our room was upgraded to one with a sitting room, which was spacious and lovely. The landscaping and flowers throughout the property were absolutely beautiful. The bed was extra comfy and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub surrounded by wildflowers. We're excited for the opening of their new food and music venue on the grounds. The construction of the old renovated homes gave the hotel a unique and stunning design. It had the privacy of a hotel while also providing the warmth of a bed and breakfast. The location was great with the Clark art gallery and Mass MoCA nearby. There were also plenty of great restaurants in the area. The breakfast included was totally awesome and there was even a calico cat on the property!

I recently celebrated the New Year at this hotel and had an overall enjoyable experience. I appreciated the complimentary wine and cheese offered during the happy hour. the hotel's location was perfect, close to a variety of restaurants and shops. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a mini-fridge in the room.

The price I paid for the room was not reflected in the breakfast offered. the food was basic and lacked variety.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location of this place is ideal, as it is conveniently situated close to North Adams restaurants and directly across from the museum. It made it so easy for me to explore the area and even find a fantastic restaurant nearby where I had a super good dinner.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, and there were some great amenities available. I particularly liked the complimentary breakfast in the morning, which had a good selection of items to choose from. Another nice touch was the abundance of hooks in the bathroom, making it easy to hang up towels and keep them clean for reuse. the hotel also had two free parking lots and even a charging station for electric cars, which was convenient. the location of the hotel was also a plus, with key attractions and museums within easy reach.

There were a couple of things that were a bit disappointing. the walls in the hotel were quite thin, so I could hear noise from neighboring rooms and even the check-in desk, which was a bit disruptive.

We had a fabulous stay at this unique and beautifully done inn near Mass Moca! The remodeling of the factory housing was innovative and loving, preserving its traditional past. We loved the comfortable rooms with great bathrooms, complete with a claw foot tub and spacious shower. The pool was beautiful and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. The daily newsletter of events and nearby spots of interest helped us make the most of our stay. we highly recommend this hip and cozy hotel in the Berkshires.
