the location and easy access to the subway made exploring New York a breeze. the staff went above and beyond to make my son's birthday memorable, leaving gifts and a cake in the room. would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Missing amenities or services.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my New Year's stay. It was conveniently located near the subway and had easy access to various attractions. the spacious suite I stayed in was a great value for the money, with three separate rooms and modern amenities. Additionally, the staff was very responsive and the restaurant on the premises served excellent food.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the bed in my room was soft and misshapen on one side, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on.

The restaurant and bar/lounge area were also impressive, offering delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. The housekeeping manager was particularly friendly and helpful, recommending the best attractions for my husband at a reasonable price. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception added to the convenience of our stay.

While the hotel provided excellent service, some staff members were not helpful when asking for recommendations or advice on traveling around the city.
