The resort's location is a major advantage as it is conveniently situated right next to the tram stop for the parks. This allows easy access to the water park and saves time and effort. Additionally, the resort is also in close proximity to the original water park, providing guests with the opportunity to explore both.

One negative aspect of the hotel, as mentioned in one of the reviews, is that the cleaning service may be inconsistent. This could be inconvenient, especially for families with small children who require clean facilities and towels.

We loved the convenient location near Gruene and Landa Park, perfect for a relaxed family getaway. The renovated rooms near the office were fresh and comfortable. Great value.

The property felt peaceful with minimal noise. Enjoyed seeing deer nearby in the mornings. Pools were empty during off season, making it a great value. The staff went above and beyond for a birthday celebration. The condo had spacious rooms, nice bathrooms, and secure parking.

We had a fantastic stay at The Resort At Schlitterbahn. The staff was courteous and very friendly, making us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with nice pools, a park-like setting, and even an outdoor movie after dark. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, and we appreciated amenities like the microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The location was also convenient, with the original park just a short distance away.

The complimentary music was a nice touch, and the location was convenient for accessing all the nearby attractions.

The shared balcony was a huge inconvenience, especially with the stairs and no elevator. the pools were too deep for small children and not very accommodating overall.

The rooms were spacious and the hotel was quiet. There was a pleasant view of deer in the mornings. No interaction with staff. Hotel seemed empty in October.

We had a fantastic time at Schlitterbahn Water Park & Resort. Our room was comfortable and the bed was super cozy. The early access to the park was a bonus. we had a great stay and would recommend this resort.

I had a fantastic stay at The Resort At Schlitterbahn! The location was perfect, right next to the best rides of the new section of the park. It was also really close to any restaurants that served breakfast, which made it convenient for starting the day off right. The hotel facilities were great, with a park-like setting, outdoor movie after dark, BBQ grills on the grounds, and a play area for kids. The pools were nice and clean, and the room itself was spotless and well-equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home.

Had a lovely Christmas stay at the hotel. the room had a beautiful view of the river and a spacious balcony. the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a comfortable stay.

The room was in dire need of renovation. the furniture was outdated and worn, and the bathroom was not well-maintained.
