I always return for my city trips. First stay, staff kindly returned forgotten items. This place suits me with Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, Fitness center, Jacuzzi. I love it here for my trips.

Great value for the money! Room was fantastic with a walking shower and wonderful staff. Loved the serene location near nature and nearby towns.

Our weekend getaway at Ridge was fantastic! the restaurant offered excellent food, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel provided a comfortable bed. We loved the peaceful location with stunning views, the saltwater pools, and the pet-friendly environment. the poolside bar with live music was a delightful touch, and amenities like the free lobby pool table and paid coffee bar added to our enjoyable stay.

This hotel has great value for money; the prices are reasonable for such a beautiful venue with great amenities. The location is just within the right distance outside the busy area, which adds more tranquillity to your stay. The staff is superb, helpful, prompt, and attentive to details. Most rooms have great views of the beautiful surrounding nature, and they all come with fridges and breakfast.

As women traveling alone, we loved the beautiful common facilities, especially the pool area. The pool room had a hot tub, sauna, steam room, and locker room, providing a perfect place to relax and unwind. Additionally, having an outdoor pool and a hot tub was a great bonus. The staff was amazing, always friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site restaurants, making it easy for us to grab a meal without having to travel far. The clean and well-maintained rooms added to our overall comfortable stay.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect for us as it wasn't too busy so we could really relax. There were plenty of shops and services nearby which was really convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and even provided us with a lovely welcome drink. Our room had everything we needed including a terrace and garden furniture to enjoy the warm weather. The pool facilities were great too, with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, saltwater pool, jacuzzi, sauna. There were also lots of activities to choose from such as hiking, canoeing, and yoga classes. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent customer service.

Enjoyed the outdoor bar with a cozy firepit overlooking the lake. We were able to take the free shuttle to explore nearby and the driver was friendly. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located near the lake, which provides a great opportunity for a picnic or some fun activities. Even though the restaurant was nearly empty, we enjoyed the quality of the food and drinks. The hotel offers excellent facilities that match the quality of other spas in the area. The rooms are well-equipped with useful amenities, and the view is amazing.

Had a great Christmas at this hotel. Loved the free hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby after a chilly walk around the lake. the hotel staff at the front desk gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and shops. the location was perfect for us, with easy access to the lake and winter activities.

The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors talking and laughing loudly through the night. the outdoor lights were very bright and shone right into our room, making it hard to sleep.
