Beautiful views and friendly vibes

Stunning location with amazing lake views. The staff was super friendly, especially Denise! The room was spacious, and the shower was great. We loved the evenings by the fire and s'mores. Only hiccup was that we didn't get a real lake view from our room, just the side of a building.

I recently stayed at The Ridges Resort on Lake Chatuge for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with beautiful grounds and a stunning view of the lake. Parking was convenient, and our room had a comfortable bed, plenty of outlets, and a lovely rainfall shower. The AC kept us cool despite the hot weather. The modern decor was a nice change from the usual country style. The property's landscaping was a highlight, and we enjoyed watching the boats at the marina from our room. a great home base with lots to offer.

I do recommend this hotel.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the clean, updated rooms and the beautiful scenery at the location on Lake Chatuge. The staff was amazing and the facility had everything we needed. The discounted rate for Freedom Boat Club members was a nice bonus.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. the view from the hotel grounds was breathtaking and made for a peaceful and serene experience. Additionally, the staff was attentive and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

On the downside, we were disappointed to find that there was no breakfast provided at the hotel. However, there was coffee available with flavored creamer, as well as a nice tea collection and fresh fruit.

We had a fantastic stay here on the shores of the lake with a pretty marina view. The service was attentive and housekeeping kept our room spotless. We enjoyed the free shuttle service to local attractions and the happy hour and free welcome drink were a nice touch. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing in the sun, and we loved the on-site dining restaurant and bar/lounge area for a nightcap. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

Highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful property with excellent service and amenities.

The grounds are beautifully maintained, and we loved the great hall lodge-style lobby. The pool area was also very nice, and our kids enjoyed the playground. The rooms have been recently remodeled and are comfortable, with modern amenities in the bathrooms and furnishings. The location is great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the cozy fires in the lobby and the fire pit at night for making smores. Having a Keurig in the room was also a wonderful touch. We would definitely stay here again.

During my recent stay at The Ridges Resort on Lake Chatuge, I was delighted by the stunning view of the lake from my villa. The peaceful ambiance and beautiful surroundings truly made me feel at ease. The cozy and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel made it feel like a home away from home. The food at the Oaks restaurant was absolutely delicious, especially the memorable dishes that left a lasting impression on my taste buds. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, and I had a restful night's sleep. I also enjoyed the s'mores by the fireplace, it added a special touch to my stay.

The surrounding area has several restaurants to choose from. In the evenings, you can bring your own refreshments to relax by the lake.

One downside is that the breakfast may not be suitable for everyone, as it is a one-size-fits-all meal.
