Fantastic stay at The Ritz-Carlton! The room we stayed in was absolutely fantastic, with a beautiful view. The property was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Our favorite part was the mesmerizing pool area at night, with jazz music playing and the pool lit up. Swimming in the warm water was pure euphoria. Despite the summer crowds, the friendly pool attendants made the experience magical. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The hotel had a fantastic view of the valley and was easy to find. The service was amazing, with friendly staff making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and had a nice patio with a fire pit. The amenities, such as the Nespresso machine and comfy beds, made our stay even better.

The hotel had some outdated decor and mechanical noise, which was a bit disappointing. The breakfast options were limited, especially for those with dietary restrictions.

The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage offered a variety of activities and amenities that catered to our interests. We thoroughly enjoyed the candy bar in the lobby and the complimentary Manhattans in honor of Old Blue Eyes. The pools were fantastic, with a dedicated adults-only pool and a larger family pool. The fitness area and spa were top-notch, and the salon provided excellent services. The property's beautiful views, attentive staff, and various activities such as lawn games and nature walks made our stay memorable.

We felt very welcome at The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

This hotel has an elegant décor and a magnificent outdoor swimming pool, providing exclusive amenities that made my stay really luxurious. The service was impeccable, all my needs were fulfilled immediately. The Spa & wellness centre is a must-try, with its amazing full-body massage and beauty treatment. The location was perfect for me, offering a beautiful garden area, sun loungers, and a sun terrace that allowed me to relax in peace. I enjoyed the delicious dishes served at the restaurant and the bar/ lounge area provided a great experience with its outdoor dining area.

Although the level of maintenance in this hotel is very high, I noticed some signs of wear and tear in the room and hallways, which surprised me given the luxurious standard of this venue. The staff was friendly, but there was a mix-up with my in-room dining order on the first day which needed to be rectified.

The standout was Terry, the GM of The Edge Steakhouse, who held our window table despite our 1-hour delay. He truly made our evening a special one. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and pampered escape.
