We were delighted with the exceptional location of the hotel next to the scenic Boise River and Greenbelt trail, perfect for biking and walking. the beautiful rooms adorned with local area photos provided a cozy stay. Additionally, the comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep. the on, site outdoor restaurant with live music created a festive atmosphere, yet our rooms remained quiet. The outdoor heated pool was a fantastic amenity, and the breakfast buffet with made, to, order omelets was a standout among our travels. Cons: Entirely happy.

The hotel has a great location, by the garden and next to Boise River with a walking path. There are several restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The staff provides excellent service, like Korrie's shuttle service and Cindy's delightful service at Sunday brunch. The room is modern and cozy with comfortable beds and amenities like a balcony with a view of the river.

The hotel may have some inconveniences related to its location, such as noise from conference activity.

We had such a great time here! The location right on the river was amazing. The staff, from the friendly front desk clerks to the attentive bell staff, were so helpful and made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities including a mini-fridge and ironing facilities. The indoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and the live entertainment added a great touch to the atmosphere.

Friendly staff and excellent free breakfast. Hotel amenities were enjoyable, like the pool and art displays. The Easter brunch did not disappoint and the hotel offers great staycation options for families. Room service was top notch.

I enjoyed the outdoor pool and live music at the restaurant. The bike rentals were a great touch for exploring the nearby greenbelt. Though older, the hotel has great amenities. Overall I'd recommend staying here.

I stayed at Riverside Hotel, BW Premier Collection for a business meeting and had a wonderful experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the air conditioner in my room was quiet and efficient. The bathroom and shower were in excellent working condition, and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool was a highlight of my stay, with a saltwater pool that provided a magical atmosphere. The hotel's location was also convenient, and I appreciated that breakfast was included.

This hotel is perfectly located by the river, offering easy access to the beautiful riverside walkway. The rooms are clean and comfy, and breakfast is included with a wide range of options to choose from - my personal favorite being the bacon which was cooked to perfection. I also appreciated having the option of a room with two queen beds.

The breakfast was great, especially the bacon! the pool area was amazing and we enjoyed the Sand Bar restaurant. the location by the river and access to greenbelt was another plus.

The hotel was huge and maze-like, with too many speed bumps in the parking lot. there was a musty odor that was unpleasant.
