We had a fantastic experience at Riverview Hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even stored a bag of food items for me in their refrigerator, which was exceptional. The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything we needed. The night staff was friendly, and the hotel restaurant and bar offered delicious food and beautiful riverside views. The rooms were comfortable, and we loved having a porch or balcony with chairs. Plus, the complimentary bike was a great bonus for exploring the town.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, being right next to cafes, restaurants, and plenty of bars. We didn't need to use our car at all during our stay, as everything we needed was within walking distance. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities in the room were great. We especially loved the wonderful views of the river from our room, which made for a perfect sunset experience. Additionally, the breakfast delivered to our room was more than adequate and we enjoyed eating it on the terrace while wearing the cozy robes provided.

I had a delightful stay at this charming hotel right on the riverfront. The value for money was excellent, considering the attention to detail and the beautiful location along the bay. The staff were friendly and provided great service, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was cozy and comfortable, complete with a nice provided robe and an extra bed squeezed in for convenience. The breakfast included boiled eggs, which was a nice touch.

The lobby and rooms are beautifully decorated, and the bedding is luxurious. The pool area is very nice, and the staff was super attentive. The spa next door was amazing, and we enjoyed using the relaxing pools before our spa services. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic Easter weekend at this hotel. the pool area was amazing, with ample lounge chairs and private cabanas. the staff were very personable and went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute travel change. the location was perfect, within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops, and just a mile away from the beach. We also loved the cozy balcony outside our room, perfect for reading and enjoying breakfast.

The breakfast selection was okay, but a bit more variety would have been nice. the wifi was a bit spotty at times, which was a minor inconvenience.

The location was ideal with beautiful views of the waterway and main street. Our room was lovely, and we enjoyed relaxing on the porch for breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool area was quiet and peaceful. we had a fantastic experience.

We stayed in room 211 for our 25th wedding anniversary at Riverview Hotel in New Smyrna Beach. The room was clean and quaint, and we enjoyed a beautiful pool view from our balcony. The complimentary breakfast was delivered right to our door at the desired time, and we appreciated the free use of bikes to explore the area. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of Flagler Avenue and its charming shops.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The ambiance was lovely, and it had a perfect location. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The pool area was very pleasant, and I enjoyed the wine hour on the weekends. The staff were prompt, helpful, and friendly. I also liked that they offered free bicycles for short trips around the area.

I had a great time at Riverview, the room overlooking Indian river was magnificent, and the Restaurant was fantastic, especially the gluten-free options. I used one of the bikes, and it was exhilarating. it was a fantastic stay, highly recommend!

Great location near restaurants, shops, and beach. Clean and comfortable rooms with lovely decor and patio access to pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the on-site restaurant with open-air seating by the river. Morning breakfast delivered right to the room.

We got great value for our money, the room was amazing with comfortable beds and a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions, and the staff treated us like family.

The morning meal could use some improvement, with a wider variety of options to choose from.
