Charming hotel, cozy room, with a lovely in-room breakfast delivery and a convenient outdoor dining area on Flagler Avenue nearby.

Everything was exactly right.

The bed was comfy as, and I loved the view from the patio, but the coffee was weak and breakfast options were limited. Chur for the friendly staff!

The noise from the bridge is unbearable!!! Consider installing soundproof windows!!! The luggage handling process needs a dumbwaiter — carrying bags upstairs is a hassle!!! The room was cramped with limited storage space!!!

This place is like stepping back in time. The charm is off the charts, from the original doors to the soothing atmosphere on the porch where I had my coffee every morning. I really felt connected with my partner while enjoying breakfast in our room, such a simple thing but it made the mornings special.

Quaint and charming spot, loved the 1885 building and the sweet balcony overlooking the Intracoastal. Plus, there’s free bike rental and you can stroll to the beach. Truly a lovely vibe!

However, don’t expect to take the elevator. I had to channel my inner mountain goat on the stairs! Oh, and the shower window had a bit of a moldy flair—classy, right?

the lounge area is a bit cramped but wow the breakfast spread is gorgeous with mini pastries and hard boiled eggs the staff was awesome and the location is perfect for beach access and shopping too 😊✨

But, I heard from another guest that some rooms were quite small with barely any storage space, which could be tricky for longer stays. Had no issues, but I can see how that could be a problem for others. Great spot to chill!

Just a balanced option for a weekend outing in New Smyrna Beach with excellent value for money. The staff was very helpful, particularly when I asked for assistance with my luggage up to the third floor. Check in early to avoid the busy parking situation later in the day.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely outdoor swimming pool. I remember how the staff helped me find transport during my first stay. I highly recommend it, and I'm coming back for Easter!
