This hotel is in a great area, within walking distance of Rapid City's cute downtown. The basic amenities in the room, including the comfortable bed, made my stay very pleasant. I also appreciated the breakfast being included at a good value.

I recently stayed at The Rushmore Hotel for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the local attractions, and the free parking made it convenient for us to come and go as we pleased. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and we were impressed that the Hotel Manager even went above and beyond by personally cooking for the guests. Additionally, the comfortable bed and spacious room made our stay even more enjoyable.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, spacious parking lot, and delicious breakfast. the hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the area without having to drive everywhere. the free, spacious parking lot is a great perk for guests who prefer leaving their car behind and walking into town. the included breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options to choose from.

Noisy rooms and lack of amenities. Some guests reported noise issues in certain rooms, particularly those located above the bar or near the elevators.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was conveniently situated near restaurants, making it easy for us to enjoy a variety of dining options. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of delicious food, including eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon. We loved starting our day with a satisfying meal.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. we were disappointed that our charger for the car didn't work, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

The staff at The Rushmore Hotel & Suites were incredibly accommodating. They allowed us to store our perishables in the hotel refrigerator overnight, which was a huge help. They even changed our shuttle time for us on short notice, which is not always possible. Kudos to the staff for their flexibility and helpfulness. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is within walking distance of the historic center and also very convenient for the airport. We had a great time enjoying live music at the adjacent 445 Martini bar, which had a fantastic atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and had a cool industrial look and feel. The beds were comfortable and allowed for a good night's sleep.

We felt so well taken care of during our stay at The Rushmore Hotel & Suites that we had no reason to complain. Everything exceeded our expectations and we were thoroughly satisfied with our experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel located in downtown. The location was perfect, as we were just steps away from top-rated dining and shopping options. We also loved that on Thursday nights during the summer, there was free live band entertainment just a block away. The cleanliness of the room was superb, with the bed, linens, and towels all being in great condition. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel facilities were updated and stylish, adding to the overall experience.

Had an enjoyable Thanksgiving stay, two complimentary drinks available at check-in and a great view of the city. the hotel is located in the heart of the town, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. the free parking was a bonus, too.

The walls were thin, and we could hear everything from the hallway and the rooms next door. the elevator was slow and busy, so we often took the stairs.

The Premier Collection hotel I stayed at was conveniently located, allowing me to leave my car in the spacious parking lot and explore the town on foot. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. The room was clean and had thoughtful amenities like hooks and counters. The decor was tasteful and the large windows offered beautiful views. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Staying here was such a great experience! The location was perfect, with the downtown just a short walk away. This place had all the amenities I could ask for, from the spa and wellness center to the comfortable room with free wi-fi. The staff here were exceptional; there were two instances where they went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. I really appreciated their efforts.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with great desk space and lots of available outlets. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning, especially the fresh berries. we had a fantastic stay.

Elevator was out of order which caused some inconvenience.
