I had a great time staying at this hotel during my recent trip to San Antonio. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and our rooms were spotless. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The pool was a highlight, especially at night when it was beautifully lit. The beds were a bit on the soft side for my liking, but still comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and always well-stocked. a fantastic stay!

My husband and I had a great stay at a recently renovated hotel. We loved the modern decor, and the bed was so comfortable. One thing that stood out was the complimentary warm cookies upon check-in; such a nice touch!

Located just a stone's throw from the airport, it's easy to get to the hotel and continue your travels. The shuttle service is convenient and the Wifi is free of charge. Rooms are cozy and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast is satisfying and worth the early wake-up call.

The staff could use a little bit more training in handling situations and customer service efforts.

I had a great stay at the Doubletree By Hilton. The hotel was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the airport, malls, and a variety of restaurants. The parking was also a plus, with a free 4-story parking garage behind the hotel.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks such as a slow elevator and a hot room, the overall experience was positive. The hotel staff was fantastic and the restaurant had great food.

The beds were like sleeping on clouds! Shower had wonderful pressure and plenty of towels. The room was comfortable and not cramped at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to correct a cleanliness issue we had in our bathroom and even gave us free breakfast as compensation. They were also kind enough to give us a reduced rate when we needed to leave a day early. The hotel is located in a decent part of the city, not too far or too close to anything. It was very quiet and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful stay. Additionally, the on-site restaurant was in need of remodeling, but the food was delicious. The bar was always busy, but the service was excellent.
