Charming Vibe and Excellent Location

We loved the unique charm of this hotel and its convenient location near the French Quarter. The renovated building has a great vibe and the rooms are comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out in the lobby with the pool table and the bar with live music. The staff was friendly and helpful. we highly recommend this hotel.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the friendly and accommodating staff. They greeted us with smiles and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, being close to key attractions but still offering a peaceful setting. Additionally, the room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing us with a cozy and enjoyable stay.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the breakfast not being included, and the high cost of parking. These added expenses can be inconvenient for guests on a budget. Additionally, we found that the hallways were quite dark, which may be part of the hotel's decor, but it was not what we were accustomed to and made navigation a bit challenging at times.

This hotel provides a perfect base for exploring all the New Orleans attractions such as Bourbon Street and Saenger Theater. With friendly staff and great decor, this hotel has a lot to offer. The rooms are modern, spacious and well furnished, with impressive bathrooms. Lacey and Steve on the staff are extra helpful, while the bar area has an excellent atmosphere and the meeting rooms are well equipped.

Although most of the staff are helpful, some of the front desk staff can be rude and unhelpful.

Amazing service from Fast Eddie, Special K, Kathleen, Liz, Stephanie, Filey, and Magic Mike. Friendly and helpful concierge. Front desk clerk Megan and Special K accommodated my phobia of elevators by letting me use the stairwell. Comfy beds and romantic room. Great location, just a short walk from Bourbon Street without the noise. Free wireless with no connection problems. Unique modern design.

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the valet parkers were on point and provided excellent service. The location was perfect for accessing all the attractions in this city, especially being really close to everything you need on Bourbon Street. The hotel's funky and cool decor added to its charm, and the staff was always courteous and eager to help. The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and great water pressure in the shower. This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations!

We had an amazing stay here on Canal Street in the heart of the French Quarter. Everything was within walking distance, with Bourbon Street just a block away. The service from the friendly staff, from the doormen to the manager, was the best we have ever received. The room amenities were exceptional, including a mini-bar, in-room safe, and even a trouser press. We loved the live entertainment that was available here, as well as the swimming pool and fitness studio. The hotel also had a business centre, which was perfect for us.

We had an amazing stay here! The location on Canal Street was perfect for exploring the city, as we were just a block away from Bourbon Street. The staff gave us the best service we have ever had, from the doormen to the manager. The room was spacious and trendy, with modern/retro/sexy decor. The bed was the softest hotel bed we've ever experienced, and the linens were clean and soft. The bathroom was large with great water pressure in the shower. We also loved the quirky design features of the public spaces, and the lobby bar had a fantastic atmosphere.

Complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi are great! The location near the Christmas market and main square is unbeatable. The staff is very friendly, although slightly overwhelmed during holiday season.

The noise level in the room was unbearable, with constant disturbances from neighbouring rooms and the street outside. The room was also quite small and cramped, and the overall cleanliness could have been better. a disappointing experience for our Christmas getaway.
