The staff was awesome and helpful. Housekeeping was amazing. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Johnny was a great help and gave us valuable tips for the city. Beds were comfy and room was romantic.

The staff went above and beyond, making my son feel special on his birthday. The hotel was always clean and the room was kept clean every day. The location was perfect, close enough to Bourbon Street but away from the noise. It was also conveniently located near Canal Street and the Mississippi River.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from Bourbon Street but without all the noise. The room and bathroom were clean, and the free wireless internet worked well. the staff and amenities at The Saint Hotel made for a great experience.

Charming Vibe and Excellent Location

We loved the unique charm of this hotel and its convenient location near the French Quarter. The renovated building has a great vibe and the rooms are comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out in the lobby with the pool table and the bar with live music. The staff was friendly and helpful. we highly recommend this hotel.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the friendly and accommodating staff. They greeted us with smiles and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was ideal, being close to key attractions but still offering a peaceful setting. Additionally, the room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing us with a cozy and enjoyable stay.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the breakfast not being included, and the high cost of parking. These added expenses can be inconvenient for guests on a budget.

This hotel provides a perfect base for exploring all the New Orleans attractions such as Bourbon Street and Saenger Theater. With friendly staff and great decor, this hotel has a lot to offer. The rooms are modern, spacious and well furnished, with impressive bathrooms. Lacey and Steve on the staff are extra helpful, while the bar area has an excellent atmosphere and the meeting rooms are well equipped.

Although most of the staff are helpful, some of the front desk staff can be rude and unhelpful.

Amazing service from Fast Eddie, Special K, Kathleen, Liz, Stephanie. Friendly and helpful concierge. Front desk clerk Megan and Special K accommodated my phobia of elevators by letting me use the stairwell. Comfy beds and romantic room. Great location, just a short walk from Bourbon Street without the noise. Free wireless with no connection problems. Unique modern design.

Great location on Canal street, just a block from Bourbon, within walking distance to everything. Rooms have comfortable beds and bathtubs. Breakfast for Platinums is a bonus.

I recently stayed at The Saint Hotel in the French Quarter for a weekend getaway. The hotel had a wonderful atmosphere and was beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Special shoutout to our bellhop, Johnny, who resolved an issue with our room and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and towels. The hotel was also very clean. It was a great experience overall!

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the valet parkers were on point and provided excellent service. The location was perfect for accessing all the attractions in this city, especially being really close to everything you need on Bourbon Street. The hotel's funky and cool decor added to its charm, and the staff was always courteous and eager to help. The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and great water pressure in the shower. This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations!
