The staff, the spacious bar area, the complimentary ice water and coffee were exceptional.

The hotel's character and location were standout features, with a friendly doorman who provided helpful recommendations. However, maintenance in the room was lacking. the nightstand drawer was broken, and noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable. Great for those wanting to explore the French Quarter, but improvements in room upkeep are necessary.

We loved the hotel's prime location just a block from Bourbon Street and close to trams, making it easy to explore local attractions. Our room was comfortable and quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's rest, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast options were limited and could use improvement.

It was just a commendable fit for a budget stay in New Orleans with good value. The lifts were fast, which was a nice surprise when I wanted to get out and explore quickly. Check the availability of the restaurant if dining on-site is important to you.

Perfect location! The room was comfy, and I enjoyed the quietness—especially with that burgundy bar feeling more like my grandma's living room. And who doesn't love a nearby spot like The Ruby Slipper for breakfast?

The Burgundy Bar was as exciting as watching paint dry, and I think I was the only one there for breakfast—didn't know I needed to reserve a crowd!

Howay, this place was canny lush! The southern hospitality was next level, like. The shower head changing colors was a dead canny touch.

I almost gave a good review, but the room was dingy with stains, and the bed felt like it was sloping toward the glass headboard, fabulous. I expected at least some complimentary drinks, but alas, I had to pay for everything.

Incredible location right next to Bourbon Street it made exploring the city super easy. The bar had a fantastic atmosphere and the staff were very friendly.

However, the room had some issues. it felt a bit worn down with sloppy caulking and the bathroom showing some mold in the grout. Street noise was noticeable, especially for those facing the busy road, and the lack of room service limited dining options. Plus, the breakfast offerings were underwhelming considering the price.

Great location. right by the French Quarter but away from the craziness. the lobby and public areas were modern and clean. parking was a breeze with the valet service. definitely enjoyed the helpful and friendly staff throughout our stay.

Had a great time! The king room was super comfortable, with a nice seating area and a flat-screen TV. Loved the bathroom amenities, especially the body soap and free toiletries. The fitness center was a plus too. Location was perfect for exploring, just a short walk to Bourbon Street. And staff were so helpful!

Charming hotel, attentive staff, with a convenient location just a 20-minute walk from the Union and delightful breakfast options available at the restaurant.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, especially with its proximity to jackson square and louis armstrong park, both just a short walk away, making my city strolls a delight. the room was comfy, adding to the overall relaxing vibe of my stay.
