We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, from the rooms to the common areas. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with useful information about nearby restaurants and attractions. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to various shops, restaurants, and attractions in the old downtown area. We especially enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast at the attached restaurant, which had a great selection of food and a lovely atmosphere. It was a fantastic experience to be part of the rejuvenation of downtown.

Nothing not too like.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were accommodating. the location was great, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. the room was large and had great windows, offering a nice view of the city. the water temperature and pressure in the shower were perfect, and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

The rooftop brunch was overpriced and not worth the money. the lack of variety in the buffet and the average quality of the food left a lot to be desired.

As young families, we loved the convenient location near Bathhouse Row for our spa day and the spacious and comfortable beds. The rooftop bar offered delicious drinks and snacks with great views, making for a perfect evening out.

We felt completely spoiled during our stay and had no complaints at all.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and even the famous bath houses. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated with contemporary design, and our room was luxurious and comfortable. We loved the fact that there is a walking trail accessible from the 3rd floor terrace, it was a great way to start our day. Breakfast was also delicious, adding to the overall fantastic experience.

I recently stayed at The Waters and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations for nearby dining options. The Continental breakfast was exceptional, and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept on. The mix of the historic spa decor with modern amenities like high-speed internet was a great touch. The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance of an amazing German restaurant and the Arkansas National Park.

The staff, especially the valet team, were fantastic. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. the spa discount offered was a great bonus.

The barn door bathroom doors didn't provide enough privacy or sound barrier. the minimalistic closet wasn't to my liking as I would prefer a more organized storage space.

I stayed at The Waters for a weekend getaway and it was fantastic. The spacious room, friendly staff, and delicious food at The Avenue made my stay even more enjoyable. The combination of old and new in the hotel's design was really unique, with lovely tiles and marble in the hallway and modern, well-lit rooms. The comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere ensured a great night's sleep. I also loved the convenient location, perfect for exploring downtown or attending events at the Courthouse. Highly recommend!

Not obvious to find

We enjoyed our stay at a unique and well-renovated hotel in the historic district, close to downtown. The location was perfect and convenient to access the attached restaurant in the morning at no extra charge. The room was comfortable, and the bedding was clean. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and we appreciated the part of downtown's rejuvenation.

We had to park in the parking garage and walk with our suitcases, which was inconvenient.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a central location with great access to attractions, shops and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast in the attached restaurant was a great way to start the day. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who provided room service and kept the room very clean. The room was well equipped, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a terrace with garden furniture.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for luxury accommodation in a prime location.
