We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, from the rooms to the common areas. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with useful information about nearby restaurants and attractions. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to various shops, restaurants, and attractions in the old downtown area. We especially enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast at the attached restaurant, which had a great selection of food and a lovely atmosphere. It was a fantastic experience to be part of the rejuvenation of downtown.

Nothing not too like.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were accommodating. the location was great, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. the room was large and had great windows, offering a nice view of the city. the water temperature and pressure in the shower were perfect, and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

The rooftop brunch was overpriced and not worth the money. the lack of variety in the buffet and the average quality of the food left a lot to be desired.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and even the famous bath houses. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated with contemporary design, and our room was luxurious and comfortable. We loved the fact that there is a walking trail accessible from the 3rd floor terrace, it was a great way to start our day. Breakfast was also delicious, adding to the overall fantastic experience.

I recently stayed at The Waters and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations for nearby dining options. The Continental breakfast was exceptional, and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept on. The mix of the historic spa decor with modern amenities like high-speed internet was a great touch. The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance of an amazing German restaurant and the Arkansas National Park.

I stayed at The Waters for a weekend getaway and it was fantastic. The spacious room, friendly staff, and delicious food at The Avenue made my stay even more enjoyable. The combination of old and new in the hotel's design was really unique, with lovely tiles and marble in the hallway and modern, well-lit rooms. The comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere ensured a great night's sleep. I also loved the convenient location, perfect for exploring downtown or attending events at the Courthouse. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at The Waters Hotel in downtown Hot Springs for a leisure trip and it was fantastic! The newly renovated boutique hotel is simply beautiful, with a contemporary design and luxurious accommodations. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to provide excellent service. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the Convention Centre. I also enjoyed the beautiful walking trail accessible from the 3rd floor terrace. Highly recommend The Waters Hotel to anyone visiting Hot Springs!

We had a fantastic and relaxing romantic escape in this upscale hotel. the clean and trendy decor added to the charm of the place. the staff were amazing and very friendly, providing great recommendations for exploring the area. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the main attractions. Additionally, the attached restaurant had decent food and reasonable prices, which was a convenient advantage.

The barn-style bathroom door in our room didn't fully close and was wobbly, compromising privacy. This was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise wonderful stay.
