My stay at The Setai was absolutely incredible. The value for money was outstanding, considering the spacious room with two sinks, a shower, and a hot tub. The location was perfect, with easy beach access and three amazing pools to choose from. The staff went above and beyond, treating us like VIPs and even surprising us with complimentary champagne for my girlfriend's birthday.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those who want to be close to all the activity of South Beach. It is just off the heat of south beach, allowing for a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, being right on the beach provides stunning views and easy access to the water. The rooms are spacious with comfortable sitting areas and luxurious bathrooms, perfect for a relaxing stay. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast is outstanding, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

The pool area could use more shade for those hot days and the back bar by the pool lacks top-notch service compared to the rest.

The Setai was everything we could have asked for. The staff were amazing, offering a cooling drink on arrival and showing us to our room. The room itself had a beautiful Asian-inspired design and all the amenities we needed. The pool area was well-maintained and the beach was just a stone's throw away. The on-site restaurants, especially Jaya, were outstanding. As a car traveler, the parking facilities were convenient and hassle-free.

My husband and I had an incredible stay at The Setai for the last leg of our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by delightful staff who offered us cooling drinks and showed us to our room. The level of service was out of this world, from the pool to the beach, bar, and breakfast. Everything was thoughtfully taken care of, down to the smallest details like providing a beach bag and cooling mist. We will definitely be returning in the future.
