The hotel had a nice design and was clean, comfy, and safe. the valet service was helpful too, especially since parking was scarce. the food at Delish Sisters was amazing, and we loved the spectacular view from the patio of Thomas Bar with Tillman Hall in the background.

Communication was lacking with clueless staff at check-in and unresponsive restaurant regarding reservations. the room had issues like stained carpets, defective lighting, and no coffee.

Staff is friendly and attentive, adding a warm touch to the chic ambiance. Ideal location for exploring the college area. A top choice for a relaxing stay.

I always stay here for city break. I first came; staff kindly gave me water at night. Ideal amenities: Wi, Fi, 24, hour reception, bar. Plus, I love the flat, screen TV and in, room breakfast. Perfect for my needs, always a great experience.
