As adventure travelers, we loved the excellent staff who immediately addressed any issues that came up during our stay. They even went above and beyond by providing a private conference room for our remote meeting. The customer service at this hotel is exceptional, and the rooms are well-appointed and spotlessly clean.

The level of service at this hotel was completely unexpected and on par with luxury hotels like the Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons. the staff was generous and selfless in making our stay the best it could possibly be. We were also able to use our Platinum breakfast amenity for room service, which was a nice perk.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the beds were too soft and the pillows were not firm enough, resulting in sore necks.

During our recent stay at The Siena Hotel, we were impressed by the beautiful building and abundance of green plants, creating a serene atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond, addressing our requests and providing friendly service. Despite the main dining room being closed on Mondays, the food from the bar menu was excellent. The room was spacious and quiet, with the added bonus of windows and a balcony that could be opened.

We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is perfectly situated for easy commuting and is also within walking distance to some of the must-see places. The service room is just splendid, and the staff, right from the reception desk to the doorman made us feel valued. The room was clean, sizable, and came loaded with amenities, including a mini bar, refrigerator. The in-room breakfast was lovely, and the bar/lounge area was an excellent place to relax.

My daughter and I were in need of a good night's sleep, and The Siena Hotel, Autograph Collection delivered! After months of struggling with restless nights, we finally found the perfect sleep at this charming boutique hotel. The spacious and comfortable rooms ensured that we had a peaceful night, resulting in the highest sleep score I've ever recorded on my Fitbit. Our sleep score was a whopping 89, a level I had never achieved before!

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as hearing noise from passing cars and neighboring guests at times, it didn't significantly impact our overall experience. Additionally, I would have appreciated a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and a brighter light, but these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise fantastic stay.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in the Durham-Chapel Hill area for a trekking trip with my friends. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the main highway intersection and various malls. The spacious rooms were beautifully decorated and had comfortable beds, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. Additionally, the bathrooms were luxurious, with huge showers that were a delight to use.

That some of the room amenities were showing signs of age, such as a worn bathroom console and a broken wardrobe hinge which affected the lighting.

Beautiful décor, excellent staff, free transport to UNC campus, convenient location, ample and free parking.

We've stayed at this place multiple times and it never disappoints! The location is perfect, as it is fairly close to downtown and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We especially loved the bocci court by the large fountain, it was a fun activity to enjoy during our stay. The service here is impeccable, from the helpful staff at the reception desk to the friendly doorman, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed including a mini-bar and a cozy sitting area. The terrace was a lovely addition, providing a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden view. We also appreciated the free shuttle service, which made getting around town a breeze. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, outstanding service, and comfortable accommodations.

The staff was welcoming and upgraded our rooms for free. The decor was interesting but the bathrooms and beds were first class. The bar had a great scotch whisky selection. The complementary shuttle made it easy to get around.

The hotel’s location was very good, close to great restaurants and attractions. the staff was nice and offered us complimentary bottled water and chocolate chip cookies. the room was clean and had a good size, with comfortable beds and pillows.

Our experience was ruined by the thin walls that made us hear people talking and everything that was going on in the hallway. the noise was so unbearable that we couldn't sleep at all.
