It was convenient to do a quick load of laundry before leaving. The separate living space was a bonus, allowing for privacy and undisturbed sleep. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the downtown attractions. While parking was not ideal, it was easily manageable. The overall experience was enjoyable and I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a wonderful time at The Windsor and would definitely return.

The kitchen even had a 1-pound bag of local coffee, a real treat for coffee lovers like us. The living room was comfortable and elegantly furnished, and the bedroom had the softest sheets we've ever experienced. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, allowing us to check in early and providing us with a map and recommendations for exploring Asheville. The location couldn't have been better, as we were in the heart of downtown and able to walk to all the popular sites. Although there was a minor issue with the lobby temperature, our room was nice and cool thanks to the adjustable AC. We highly recommend visiting Sovereign Remedies and Strada Italiano, both conveniently located near the hotel. Our stay at The Windsor was truly unforgettable, and we can't wait to come back. we highly recommend this boutique hotel for a lovely, romantic getaway.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at a unique and charming hotel in downtown Asheville. the staff was welcoming and accommodating, and they even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolates upon arrival. the location was perfect, with easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, as well as a short drive to popular attractions. Plus, the free on-site parking was a major bonus.

The hotel's small size and lack of extra amenities may not appeal to those who prefer more luxury or a full-service experience. But for us, the cozy ambiance and personalized touches made for a truly memorable holiday getaway.
