The staff are very friendly and always go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The room is lovely and clean, with a comfy bed and a great view. The breakfast is top-notch and the facilities are wonderful, including a beautiful lobby and piano bar.

My only complaint would be that some of the neighboring guests were quite loud, but this is not something the hotel can control.
