I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right across the walking bridge from downtown. The free shuttle service was so convenient and took me wherever I wanted to go. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top-notch. I loved relaxing in the sauna and heated swimming pool, and the garden area was so peaceful. The room was spacious and clean, and had all the necessary comforts like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

As foreign tourists, we loved the clean and well-maintained facilities. The outdoor pool and two massive hot tubs were amazing. The sauna, although a bit bright, was a nice addition. The hotel also had a well-equipped weight room for those who like to stay active. The staff was friendly and accommodating, quickly resolving any issues we had. The hotel's location was beautiful, and we enjoyed the scenic views from our room. The resort also offered a free shuttle service, which was convenient for exploring the area.

Just got back from a weekend ski trip and had an amazing stay at The Steamboat Grand. The pool and hot tubs were a great way to relax after a long day on the slopes. The location was perfect for skiing and the front desk person, Becca, was fantastic in helping us navigate the blizzard conditions and road closures. The common spaces were well-lit and provided a nice space for group meetings and breakfasts. The valet and restaurant services were top-notch, and the new front desk staff was lovely.

The location was perfect, close to Gondola Square. Comfy beds. Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Ski storage close to lift and gondola.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Steamboat Springs for a family ski trip and had a great experience. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to the ski resort entrance. The convenience of having a shuttle service was a game-changer, making it easy to explore the town without needing a car. The ski valet service was a nice touch, taking care of our equipment and making it hassle-free to hit the slopes.

Loved the hot tub at this resort! It was super relaxing and definitely a highlight of my stay. The staff was also very accommodating and welcoming. I had a great experience and would recommend this place to others.

Great location near the ski resort. Beautiful Christmas decorations and festive atmosphere. Kids loved the large hot tubs and free hot chocolate and cookies. Convenient ski valet service and easy shuttle to nearby restaurants. Cozy fireplace and comfortable bed with jetted tub option.

Our Thanksgiving stay was a great experience! The hotel provided us with two complimentary breakfasts, which was a lovely touch. The location was key for us, as it was a short walk to the slopes where we spent most of our time. We also enjoyed the hot tubs and pool, which were well-maintained and added to our relaxation.

That the staff seemed a bit disorganized at times. We had some confusion with our room reservation upon check-in, but eventually it was sorted out.
