Excellent facilities including swimming pool, gym, tennis and soccer courts, and bicycles. Exceptional service from friendly and helpful staff who assisted with car troubles and provided support throughout our stay. Spacious and well-maintained grounds with a good mix of privacy. Lovely views, clean rooms, and daily bathroom cleaning. Beautiful setting for a peaceful getaway.

I recently had a truly pleasant and relaxed stay at this hotel in the beautiful hills of Tuscany. First and foremost, the value for money was exceptional. The prices were affordable, especially considering the high quality of the accommodations. The rooms were clean, new, and well-maintained, with attention to detail evident throughout. I particularly enjoyed having a room with a kitchenette, as it allowed me to cook for myself on a few nights, adding a homely touch to my stay. The staff were also extremely helpful and friendly, always attentive to any requests or needs I had.

We had an amazing escape to a heavenly place in beautiful Tuscany. The resort is situated on the hills, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed and a clean, well-maintained bathroom. The staff was exceptionally service-oriented, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The resort had wonderful facilities including a large swimming pool, tennis court, and bicycles. We enjoyed exploring the local restaurants recommended by the staff. It was a perfect base for our Tuscany exploration by car.

The air conditioning in our room was a bit antiquated and noisy, but it didn't take away from the overall experience.

We got to spend our Christmas holiday surrounded by the rolling hills of Tuscany. The beautiful location of the hotel made for stunning views while taking a swim in the pool, and we were able to do some exploring in the local area thanks to the convenient location. The bathrooms were always kept clean, and we appreciated the small gym on the property.

We were disappointed with our stay overall. The heating system in our room was outdated, making for a very chilly holiday. We were also let down by the lack of restaurants and amenities open during the winter season. While it was nice to get away from technology, the lack of WiFi in the room made it difficult to keep in touch with family back home. we wouldn't recommend this hotel for a Christmas stay.
