Room had cozy balcony with lake view, perfect for morning coffee. Very comfortable bed and pillow selection. Beautiful spa bathtub and scenic outside walking path. Friendly and accommodating staff. Delicious breakfast with good variety.

This hotel was an excellent value for money and had everything we needed for our stay. Located in a business park, it was quieter than many hotels we've stayed at, with plenty of surface parking. The staff were very helpful and the basic amenities were spot on. We were pleasantly surprised by the super comfortable beds.

Parking was very convenient, with plenty of surface parking available.

During my recent stay at the Hilton in St. Petersburg, I had a small issue with my room reservation. However, the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation promptly and efficiently. They were incredibly accommodating and made sure I got the room I had booked. The level of customer service I experienced was exceptional, and it made my stay truly enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Hilton Carillon Park in St. Petersburg for a week-long vacation. The hotel was conveniently located, just 15 minutes away from all the attractions we wanted to visit. The room exceeded our expectations - spacious and impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and granting our request for a water view. The bed was comfortable, and the room service food was delicious. Despite a small issue with the pricing, the manager quickly resolved it for us. We had a great stay overall!

We stayed at a hotel in the Bay Area that had a good location. It was close to restaurants and shops which was really convenient. It was also nice to have the lake nearby to walk around. The hotel was close to the airport and some corporate offices, making it a good spot for business travelers.

The hotel lacked in service. The staff seemed rushed and not very welcoming.

We really enjoyed the amazing lake view from our room and the peacefulness that came with it. The customer service at the front desk was exceptional, with Angelique and Chris being extremely nice and helpful. We heard that the breakfast and dinner options were great, although we didn't get a chance to try them out ourselves.

We felt privilaged during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

What a great stay! I loved the quick elevators, tasty buffet, and wonderful pool. My room was comfortable, but the anti-slip surface would have been helpful in the shower. I would recommend this hotel.
