More attention could be given to soundproofing the rooms!!! A small fan isn’t enough on hot days!!! A clearer entrance system would improve guest experience at night!!!

I was really disappointed with my stay. The room was quite small, leaving barely enough space to maneuver. I noticed the shared bathrooms were often unavailable. it was inconvenient when I needed to rush after a long day. Additionally, the hot water situation was frustrating. it required a lengthy wait, and sometimes I'd find it already used by others, which made showers a real hassle.

Request a room away from the street to minimize noise and ensure a better night's sleep. Also, use the kitchenette for budget-friendly meals and snacks.

i almost thought about giving a better review, but the bed was as uncomfortable as a rock, and the deposit refund took forever. also, what is it with no USB ports for charging? it’s 2023! surely as a distinguished guest, i could have at least received a warm welcome gift. dissapointing experience, truly.

the location is super close to chinatown and downtown, so u can walk to alot of places. the staff is really friendly and helpful, always ready to answer ur questions. my room was decent and clean when i got there, and i liked having a fridge to keep some snacks. they have coffee in the mornings which was nice. overall, it feels like a chill place to stay.

Location was perfect, right near the BART train and across from the awesome dragon gate. Lotsa bathrooms kept super clean, and you got a TV and a sink in the room, which is cool. Hotel staff were super welcoming too!
