The front desk went above and beyond when our reservation was somehow cancelled, ensuring our stay was corrected. The location is perfect for ski-in/ski-out access and is conveniently close to rentals, downtown, and restaurants. The room was nicely decorated and clean. our experience at Gravity Haus was impressive and I would recommend it to others.

We had a great time during our Christmas trip. The complementary hot cocoa and cookies were a nice touch, and the indoor pool was perfect for our kids. The location was amazing, right in the heart of town. We could easily walk to all the shops and restaurants. , the view from our room was gorgeous.

Our experience was not completely positive. The room was quite small and cramped, and we felt like we were on top of each other all the time.
