The hotel's location was top-notch, within walking distance to The Island, and the beds were so comfy; didn't try the breakfast, but the coffee and juice hit the spot. The room was super clean, just like on my first stay, with consistently helpful staff. Loved chilling by the outdoor pool and sun terrace; although the room had a bit of dust, the bathroom floor wasn't spotless, and the WiFi and TV channels were a bit wonky, it didn't really bug me much. 🌞

Great room with updates, excellent location with views. Breakfast can have long lines. Pool area needs attention for privacy. Enjoyed my stay at The Wayback, Pigeon Forge.

The view of the Great Smoky Mountains from the outdoor pool at Island Drive Lodge was absolutely breathtaking. I also enjoyed the convenience of being able to take a ride on the Great Smoky Mountains Wheel, which provided incredible views of the surrounding area. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness made my stay even more enjoyable, and I appreciated the thoughtful picnic area provided by the hotel.

The air conditioning in the room didn't work properly, and the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired.

the location right next to the island was absolutely incredible, making it super convenient to walk there every night for entertainment and dining. Even though the rooms were a bit old, the cleanliness and friendly staff made up for it! 🌟

Loved the local art at The Local Goat and the imaginative Wildwood Grove. Saw a hilarious Hillbillies spoof and had delicious and unique appetizers. Also enjoyed the Old Mill Restaurant and the Island Fountain show. Cades Cove picnic area was great. Free breakfast had tasty options. Tanger Outlets had awesome stores. Hiking trails in the national park were amazing!

The value for the money was great, especially considering the location. The room was spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of being able to bring our own air bed. The staff, particularly the friendly lady from Jamaica at the front desk, made us feel like cherished family. a wonderful stay at this Tribute Portfolio hotel.

the wayback was a gem. the comfortable beds and ample light made for a cozy stay. located right in the heart of attractions and eateries, it offered a great value. the pool slide was a fun touch, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. definitely a spot to return to!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the main drag in Pigeon Forge and close to all the attractions. The front desk person was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. The hotel was fully booked, but it was surprisingly quiet. This was my third time staying here, and I will definitely be back again and again! The bed was comfy, the air conditioning worked great, and I loved that the hotel was right across from "The Island." The free breakfast every morning was a great bonus, and the concierge was extremely helpful. Can't wait to stay here again!

It's really hard to think of anything negative about my stay. Maybe, just maybe, they could provide more pillows for the queen beds.

I absolutely loved my stay at The Wayback! The location was perfect for backpacking - close to all the attractions and activities. The staff was super friendly and the gas fire pit was a great place to meet new people. The room was clean and exactly as advertised.

Felt like home, no complaints.
