Our stay at the Ramada was pleasant and comfortable. The beds were cozy and we had a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection was excellent, especially the biscuits and gravy. Our grandson had a great time at the pool and made new friends. The room was always cleaned and amenities were refilled promptly. The location of the hotel was convenient and we enjoyed a quiet stay.

The refrigerator in our room was not working, resulting in spoiled food. The juice machine at breakfast was out of order on two occasions.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The value for money was great and the room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience.

Felt at home, nothing was too much trouble.

We stayed at Ramada for one night on our way to Coeur d’Alene Idaho and it was perfect. The bed was just right, not too hard or soft. The AC in the rooms was nice and the breakfast had plenty of options. The staff, especially Chris, was wonderful and welcoming. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and located right off the freeway but still quiet.

Great location! So many food options nearby. The hotel had an issue with our booked room but the front desk quickly resolved it and upgraded us to an even better room. I had a pleasant stay at Ramada.

Easy highway access, fast food nearby. Nice, clean, quiet room. Good and adequate breakfast. Construction not a problem. Comfortable bed, plenty of pillows. Pool open for long hours. Close to restaurants and gas stations. Fast and easy check-in/check-out.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The entire place was squeaky clean and very well maintained. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and we were able to check in early. The location was convenient, right off the freeway but still quiet. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a great selection and a fantastic server.

We stayed for one night on our way to Coeur d'Alene and we are so glad we did. The place isn't the most updated, but it's comfortable. The bed was just right - not too hard and not too soft. The AC in the rooms was a nice touch and the breakfast had lots of selection. The receptionist, Chris, made our stay great. We will definitely be returning!

Comfortable beds with varied pillow options. Convenient location near the highway. Clean and relaxing pool with happy kids. Delicious breakfast with hot and cold options. Friendly and helpful staff in a centrally located room, clean and well-stocked.

The bed was extremely comfortable and had a variety of pillows to choose from. the hotel's location right by the highway was convenient for our stopover during Christmas.

There was an issue with missing coffee in the room, which we had to ask for. Additionally, the bathroom only had a bathtub/shower combo and the sink was located outside in the living area, which was not very convenient.

Went over and above in our time of need!

During our recent stay at Ramada, our car broke down on the interstate. The hotel staff, particularly Christine, went above and beyond to accommodate our situation and our 2 cats. Despite a power outage due to weather, the hotel remained well-lit with flashlights and provided coffee and breakfast in the morning. The maintenance staff, Jeff and Bob, even gave my husband rides to the auto store to get parts for our car. The customer service was exceptional, and the room was comfortable and clean for a pet-friendly option. we highly recommend Ramada By Wyndham Moses Lake for their outstanding service and would stay again if needed.

The hotel is conveniently located near several fast food options and restaurants, making it easy to grab a quick bite. Additionally, there are gas stations nearby for a quick fill-up. The rooms are clean and normal sized, while the breakfast is hot and satisfying.

The hotel lacked proper supervision, resulting in a large party making noise and causing a disturbance in the hallway. Despite calling the front desk, the noise didn't stop until 10:20 pm, which impacted our sleep and overall satisfaction with the stay.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is in a safe area and we felt very comfortable. The staff were great and provided excellent service. The room was very comfortable and clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a mini-bar and coffee facilities. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed lounging on the sun chairs. The breakfast served here was delicious.

Would recommend this hotel to any family looking for a great stay here.
