I loved the unique breakfast options, especially the Japanese-style dishes that included steaming rice and miso soup. The staff were incredibly attentive and ready to help with anything I needed during my stay. Plus, the indoor pool was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring!

absolutely the worst experience at a hotel. dirty carpets, dog poop by the back door, and ants in the bathroom? I couldn't believe it! I also would have thought I'd at least get a complimentary upgrade for all this inconvenience, but no, just a smelly room and a murky pool. just couldn't recommend this place.

The check-in process was frustrating due to the lack of clear instructions about the hotel's layout. There is no elevator, which made transporting our luggage a hassle, especially with kids. It was inconvenient to discover that the designated door I was directed to led to more stairs, complicating our arrival immensely.

Had a braw time at this place! The beds were pure comfy, and the breakfast spread had everything you could want—waffles, eggs, and sausages. Only downside was the wee bit of dust on the headboard, but overall, cracking value for a family stop!

Family Friendly and Super Helpful Staff

The staff were incredibly accommodating, I had my baby shower there a while back and they were quick to help with everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, way better than I expected for this kind of place.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly the service made it worth it.

The Queen Room was nice and clean with new floors that felt fresh. Loved the comfy bed, but the sofa was a bit saggy. Breakfast was awesome! So many options like waffles, eggs, and even a nice juice assortment. Plus, it’s super pet-friendly with spots for walks right outside. Definitely coming back!
