It was just a smart choice for a short break in Newport with great value-to-price ratio. The views from the living room were fabulous.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the beds had nice firm mattresses that made my back happy. the view from the deck was fantastic, overlooking the pool and marina. the location couldn't be better, right at the end of the bustling main street, so you can enjoy the city vibes without the noise at night.

The decor was very dated, unattractive, and a bit weird. Although the rooms were clean when we arrived, there was a gross splatter on the wall that had never been cleaned.

The size of the condo was perfect for our Christmas vacation, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time indoors. the unit was spotless and well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook our meals in the full kitchen. the view of the harbor and the nearby bridge was absolutely phenomenal, providing a beautiful backdrop for our holiday. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, within walking distance to shops and restaurants, allowing us to explore and experience the local area easily.

We recently stayed at The Wellington for our anniversary. The location was perfect, with a short walk to downtown and stunning harbor views. The spacious, well-maintained rooms were a pleasant surprise, complete with a full kitchen, fireplace, balcony. The staff was friendly and we received a thoughtful bottle of wine as a gift. Highly recommended!

As young people, we loved the spacious apartment with a beautiful view of Newport Harbor. Everything we needed was provided, including coffee filters and dishwasher soap. The location was perfect, with easy access to the public walkway and a great selection of restaurants nearby. The pool area was perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the relaxed atmosphere of the resort. a fantastic stay!

Great Location: the hotel is conveniently located near a 24-hour convenience store and within walking distance of Bowen's Wharf. It was nice to have easy access to shops and restaurants in the area. Amazing view: We stayed in a 2-bed condo with a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the harbor. Watching the sunset over the sailboats was truly a highlight of our trip. Generous space: the size of the apartment was perfect for our family with small kids. We had plenty of closet space and the king bed was super comfortable. Plus, the pool area was nice.

Outdated and Smelly Accommodations: Unfortunately, the furnishings in the condo were old and musty. We encountered several broken or malfunctioning items such as cabinets, drawers, windows, and a toilet.
