The pool area was perfect for our family with young children. We appreciated the helpful staff member who secured a connecting room for us.

The housekeeping staff was pushy and disruptive during breakfast. As a loyal member, I expected more perks, such as complimentary breakfast, which was not provided as promised.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Bellevue. the omelets at breakfast were excellent, and the pool area was clean and enjoyable. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. the best part of the experience was the friendly and attentive valet guys who took great care of our car.

I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options offered each morning. my experience at this hotel was top-notch.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with a weather-protected skybridge that connects it to a shopping complex, providing easy access to food places and shopping. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who quickly provided anything we needed, like extra pillows and blankets. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the view from the room was pleasant.

The decor in the rooms is a tad basic and outdated.

We had a fantastic stay at The Westin in Bellevue! The location was perfect, right across from the mall and within walking distance of great restaurants. We loved the convenience of valet parking and not needing our car until we left. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the bed was cozy. The highlight of our stay was the friendly and attentive valet staff, who took great care of our car.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel that offered enhanced comfort and quality services. Located right across from the mall, this place is perfectly situated for a convenient shopping experience. The staff here were excellent and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. As it was our anniversary, they even offered us a higher floor and surprised us with wine and chocolate dipped strawberries. The Cypress bar had a fantastic breakfast buffet, and the friendly staff made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

Had an amazing Christmas at this hotel. the location was perfect, close to all the attractions and shopping areas. the staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. We loved the fact that there was a delicious breakfast included and the Wi-Fi was free. It was a great value for the price we paid.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the hotel seemed to be understaffed, resulting in longer wait times at check-in and slower room service.

the staff provided exceptional service and was quick to fulfill any requests we had. the location was fantastic with great views. They even went above and beyond by bringing us extra pillows, blankets, a fridge, a coffee maker, and even vacuumed the room when my kids made a mess. I couldn't ask for better service!
