Just had a great weekend! The location is perfect, right near Bellevue Square with tons of shops and eateries. Our room had everything, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and even a coffee maker. Loved the pool and spa facilities too. The indoor pool was relaxing, and the fitness center was well-equipped. Very clean and comfy!

The indoor heated pool area is a standout, featuring plenty of day beds and a balcony that allows for a picturesque view of the Snowflake Lane parade during the holiday season. The fitness center is well-equipped, boasting Peloton bikes, free weights, and universal machines without the usual crowd, making workouts pleasant and efficient.

However, the chlorine levels in the hot tub were excessively strong, causing discomfort to many, and the filter grates were raised, presenting a hazard that I experienced firsthand. In addition, the bathroom bar in an accessible room was loose and needed attention, and several towels showed signs of wear, which diminished the luxury experience you'd expect. The limited availability of housekeeping services upon request could be inconvenient if you're looking for consistent attention during your stay.

The indoor heated pool was a hit with the kids, and we really enjoyed being right by the Snowflake Lane parade, which we could watch from our room. The Westin Bellevue truly impressed me with its prime location near Bellevue Square, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel's holiday decorations added a festive touch, and I particularly enjoyed the complimentary hot cider and cookies—such a cozy gesture! The staff was exceptionally friendly, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay.

However, I encountered a few minor hiccups, mainly with the breakfast service. The waitstaff seemed a bit overwhelmed and disorganized, which affected the overall experience. My room had a small issue with the coffee maker that I reported, but it didn't impact my stay overall. Just a few areas that could use improvement.

My experience at The Westin Bellevue was punctuated by several disappointments. Although the Hotel staff was friendly, there were significant issues at check-in, including confusion about the inclusion of breakfast in our package. it had not been vacuumed properly, and litter was visible in the corridors, which was particularly concerning given the presence of cleaning staff nearby. Furthermore, the hotel pool was chaotic and overrun with unsupervised children, creating an unsafe environment, as there was no lifeguard on duty. I expected more from Westin.
