The breakfast was delicious and the bar staff were very attentive. The location of the hotel was perfect. The lady at reception was warm and welcoming to my family, making my kids feel special. The guy who helped with our luggage was polite and helpful.

Our stay at Southern Sun was definitely worth the money. The room was cozy and the beds were comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, with a shuttle service to the Waterfront. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for places to visit in the area. Special mention to Andile, who even went to the shop late in the evening to get pain medicine for us. The bar and the entire hotel had a posh and clean atmosphere that we loved.
