The bed and shower were amazing, and the room had a nice couch and spacious layout. The bathroom had a stylish barn door and decor. The staff was patient and tenacious in resolving a reservation problem. The valet was prompt and had a great personality. The location was perfect for walking anywhere downtown. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The hotel boasted a superb location within walking distance to Browns stadium and downtown, with everything close by. We had an amazing view from the room and the room itself had everything we needed. The valet parking was convenient for those with a car. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring we had a comfortable stay.

Although the hotel provided every amenity, the lighting in the bathroom was a bit dark.

I booked a 2 queen/corner room and was pleasantly surprised by the size - it was almost the size of my apartment! The bedding and pillows were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on clouds. The hotel's location in the middle of everything made it convenient to walk or take an Uber to wherever I needed to go. Additionally, the staff and facilities were great.

We had a great stay at The Westin! We were in Cleveland to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the hotel's location was perfect. The C Line trolley was very convenient for getting around. The property itself is beautiful and the staff was incredibly friendly. We felt safe with the valet and security presence. Our corner queen room was spacious and clean. Although the hotel seemed a bit old, the renovations were well done. The check-in and checkout processes were efficient. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

The club lounge was a great area to relax and unwind with a fabulous view of the city. The breakfast had a perfect variety for any taste, including options for vegetarians and vegans. From hot eggs and bacon to light bagels and fruit, there was something for everyone.
