Great location with a cozy vibe

Really loved the cozy feel of the place and the super friendly staff. The room was spacious and stylish, plus they had nice touches like a French press for coffee. Only thing was that the vibe felt a bit dusty and forgotten, with a messy library that could use some love. Still, I enjoyed the stay!

The Heathman Hotel was perfect for those looking to take off early with its convenient location, friendly staff, and beautiful rooms. The facilities were top-notch, including a dreamy library to enjoy a morning book, a French press coffeepot in the room, and a great shower. The hotel also provided useful amenities like umbrellas for guests to borrow, free coffee and tea, and expert advice on finding the best food and coffee. Plus, the atmosphere was welcoming with everyone holding the door and saying hello all day, making guests feel right at home.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel staff were friendly and professional, with Michael even upgrading our room for our 50th anniversary. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The library was cozy and artful, and we loved the poetic do not disturb signs. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The complimentary welcome drinks and amenities like the French press coffee maker were a nice touch.

For us, this place had a very central location, perfect for exploring the city and soaking up the downtown cultural district. Their staff could not have been more helpful or customer service focused. The service room service and dry cleaning, bicycle hire, and housekeeping were all great! The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The hotel had a great vibe with a beautiful decor that reflected an era gone by. the lobby and reading room were tastefully decorated and provided a relaxing atmosphere. the service was excellent, with attentive and helpful employees. the location was also a positive aspect, as it was close to everything and convenient for exploring the city.

The toiletries in the room came in large multiple-use containers, which, although eco-friendly, seemed to not have been filled up or cleaned. This made me hesitant to use them.

As adventure travelers, we loved the helpful and friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The complimentary beer upon check-in and $5 credit for snacks and drinks were a nice touch. The comfortable bed and spacious room were perfect after a long day of exploring.

Our stay at the Heathman was absolutely fantastic! We were visiting for a few days and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room had a wonderful view of the street, yet it was surprisingly quiet and very comfortable. The mattress was so cozy that I want to find one for my own bed. The bar had delicious food and drinks, and the Headwaters restaurant on the premises offered a great breakfast selection. Though breakfast wasn't included, the adjoining chocolate shop had an amazing array of chocolates and served a delightful breakfast.

We had an amazing time at this downtown hotel. Loved the convenient location near all the action. The recently renovated rooms were spotless and comfortable. The corner suite upgrade was well worth it, with a super cozy bed. The coffee provided was a nice touch and enjoyed sipping it in bed every morning. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Appreciated the top-notch restaurant located downstairs. a great stay for both adults and children.

The room was beautifully decorated and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The central location allowed us to explore the city easily.
