The location of this hotel was very convenient, close to the metro and with easy access to the airport. the gym facilities were well, maintained and had everything I needed for my workout. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Additionally, the hotel charged high prices for parking and room service, which I found to be unnecessary and inconvenient.

I recently stayed at The Westin Crystal City for three nights on a business trip. The staff was friendly and helpful, granting us a generous late check-out of 1 hour. The hotel's location was convenient, right across from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The shuttle service to the airport was a great perk, and the shuttle driver, Sam, was fantastic. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. The lobby had a relaxing ambience, and the choice of music, especially the classical music on the shuttle, was a nice touch. There were also plenty of nice places to eat nearby.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect for us because it was near the airport and the metro which made sightseeing very convenient. There were several restaurants and stores nearby which was great when we wanted to grab a quick bite. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, they even helped us with our luggage. Our room was really spacious, clean and well-decorated. We were able to get a good night's sleep on the comfortable bed. Plus, the hotel had many facilities like a fitness centre, free airport shuttle and a restaurant.

I recently stayed at The Westin Crystal City for my business commitments in Washington. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Metro, Reagan National Airport, shops, and restaurants. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was varied and of good quality, and the bartender made amazing drinks. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I appreciated having a refrigerator in my room. The hotel also provided a free airport shuttle and had a great bar area for relaxing with friends.

Great Location: the hotel is conveniently located near the metro and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants. It was very easy to explore the surrounding area and access public transportation.

Limited Amenities: the hotel lacked some amenities that I expected from a four-star hotel. the complimentary breakfast was limited and the WiFi service was not up to par.

The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable Westin beds. The hotel also has a nice bar and restaurant. The customer service is excellent, with friendly and informative staff. The buffet breakfast is sufficient to start the day off right. a great choice for backpackers looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

It was also really convenient for us to visit family living nearby. The hotel was less than 10 minutes away from the airport, making our travel experience hassle-free. The staff at this venue were amazing - they were so attentive to our needs and made us feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, with a fluffy bed that was incredibly inviting. The bathroom was spotless and the air conditioning was cold, allowing us to set a comfortable temperature even in the winter.
