I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to shop and dine within walking distance. This place feels like family, with staff who are friendly, always helpful, and very accommodating. The room was clean and spacious, providing enhanced comfort. The amenities, including the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center, were top-notch. The service was exceptional, with options like room service, car hire, and laundry available. my experience here was excellent and exceeded my expectations.

I had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this place! the location was perfect as I was able to walk around to the nearby malls for a spot of shopping. The room service was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. Additionally, the happy hour at the bar in the lounge was definitely a highlight of my stay. The room itself was very well equipped with amenities such as a mini-bar, in-room safe, and tea and coffee facilities. The leisure facilities such as the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were also very impressive.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to families as they would be able to make the most of the excellent services and facilities available.

The location was perfect for me, as I could easily walk to both malls and explore a wide range of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with a luxurious and comfortable bed that provided an excellent night's sleep. I also appreciated the separate bathtub and shower in the bathroom, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a fantastic pool and an amazing hot tub that provided a truly relaxing start to my mornings. Plus, the long pool hours meant I could take advantage of this great facility twice during my stay.

The hotel also provides a range of facilities, including a gym with Peloton bikes and a pool. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast with healthy options and indulge in evening appetizers and desserts.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me as I had plans to meet up with friends and family in the South Mpls area. It was incredibly convenient being right beside the Galleria Mall and within walking distance of Target, Walgreens, CVS, and even JoAnn Fabrics. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was efficient and friendly. Additionally, the breakfast included with my membership was enjoyable.

As long-term business travelers in our 60s, we loved the convenient location connected to The Galleria. It allowed us to comfortably explore the shops and restaurants without worrying about driving or carrying heavy coats. The variety of stores, including Kate Spade, Louis Vuitton, and Pottery Barn, provided great options for browsing. The hotel itself was amazing, with comfortable beds and a gorgeous room. The separate bathtub and shower were a nice touch, and the deep bathtub allowed for a relaxing bath. The pool and hot tub were also fantastic, providing a relaxing start to our mornings. Additionally, the staff was pleasant and we appreciated being able to get toothpaste from the front desk.

Nothing not to like.

During my Christmas vacation, I enjoyed the complementary hot cocoa and cookies offered by the hotel, which tasted delicious. The hotel is located near the shopping center and had easy access to a bus stop nearby, which was a great plus for me. I also enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi, which helped me stay connected to my loved ones.

I must share that my experience was not as pleasant as I expected. The bedding was not clean, and I found hair on the sheets, which left me feeling disgusted.

The hotel had a decent location being close to both downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul. The room was clean and spacious, making it comfortable to stay in for the weekend.

The front desk staff seemed clueless and lacked problem-solving capabilities. They were not helpful in providing information about local events that could potentially affect our stay.

The Westin provided a beautiful and clean hotel with well-appointed rooms. The in-house restaurant was great, with excellent wait staff. The concierge level hostess was lovely and very helpful.

Wonderful staff, fantastic location, comfortable indoor temperature, variety in restaurants, healthful menu.
