Amazing front desk service

Nothing that I didn't like.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The room was clean, quiet, and the bed had incredibly soft sheets. The hotel's location in the Tucson area was perfect for us, as it was close to restaurants and shopping. We were able to easily explore the area and found that everything we needed was conveniently nearby. The breakfast provided a great variety of items and everything was fresh. The dining area was large and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy our meals without feeling crowded. The staff, especially Jose at the front desk and the housekeeping staff, were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and were incredibly kind and helpful, especially when our children got sick during our stay.

Recently, my family and I stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Oro Valley for a family gathering. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a variety of pillows to choose from. The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable, offering a nice selection of hot choices. The hotel's location was convenient, being near restaurants such as Chili's and a QT gas station. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

This hotel is a great value for the money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect for exploring Oro Valley and it's convenient to the activities we had planned. We loved that there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to find places to eat and shop. The friendly staff and basic amenities, like the fridge and microwave in the room, added to the overall convenience. The view of the Catalina mountains from our room was absolutely fabulous and the bed was extremely comfortable. Plus, having breakfast included in our rate was a definite bonus.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was enjoyable.

Great location and complementary breakfast with tasty omelets. the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet and dark, which made for a great night's sleep. the gym was small but adequate and the parking area is well-lit and felt safe.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and found it convenient for our purposes. The location is quiet and set back from busy Oracle Road. The facilities are opening up, with breakfast and a workout room available. We loved the extra space in the "Presidential Suite" and enjoyed the love seat sofa in the living room. The hotel is near a walking trail and offers a lovely mountain view. There are also tasty local eateries nearby.
