There were quite a few hiccups during my stay. The elevators were a pain—only two servicing the hotel, which led to long waits. My room wasn’t ready on time when I checked in, which was a letdown after a long drive. The restaurant had odd hours. breakfast opened late on two occasions, and the dining options were quite overpriced for what you got. Also, I found the pool area a bit murky and overcrowded, making it less relaxing. And let’s not forget the hot tub was out of order—definitely a bummer.

The beach access couldn’t be better right outside the door.

During my stay, the restaurant service was frustratingly slow, with long waits for a table despite the room being at less than half capacity. Additionally, I found the breakfast to be a disappointment, particularly the overly minimalist Caesar salad for $14, which felt like a rip-off. There were also issues with the air conditioning in the room. it struggled to cool down during the day, leading to discomfort, especially in the warmer weather.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with easy beach access just steps away and a well-maintained outdoor swimming pool that was perfect for relaxation after our explorations.

Comfortable beds, convenient amenities, including free parking and quick access to the beach made our stay enjoyable, while the outdoor pool provided a perfect space for relaxation after a day of exploring the area.

The several dining options were excellent especially breakfast with fresh fruit and omelets the staff was outstanding always ready to help and the beach access couldn’t be better right outside the door

The air conditioning on the warmer days struggled to keep the room cool it might have been better for the outdoor seating area to include more shaded spots for relaxation

Despite a beautiful suite with a glorious ocean view, the experience was marred by a last-minute room change that left us with a lesser room overlooking the parking lot. Cleanliness and décor throughout the common areas were commendable, lending an elegant atmosphere. However, it was disappointing to lack proper communication regarding the room downgrade, which felt dismissive of our reservation. The overall service was friendly, especially from beach attendants, and I enjoyed trying some local dishes. yet, the check-in experience left much to be desired.

I truly enjoyed my stay at The Westin Jekyll Island Beach Resort. The hotel offered a stunning beachfront view from our room, complemented by clean and well-maintained facilities. The outdoor pool was a perfect escape, providing a refreshing atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring. The dining experience was delightful, especially at Salty's Pool Bar where the servers were attentive and friendly. The cafe offered delicious breakfast options, notably the cinnamon swirl cake, which was a highlight of my mornings.

Parking was challenging to navigate.

The beach access was right outside. we enjoyed meals on the sun terrace overlooking the ocean. the staff were friendly and helpful making our stay pleasant.

The pool could use a bit more maintenance. occasionally noisy in hallways during peak hours.
