Had a lovely overnight stay! The location was perfect, right near all the downtown action. Enjoyed a delicious dinner, though my drinks arrived hot. Still, the ambiance made up for it!

They really need to invest in kettles and cups for us tea lovers. a warm drink before bed shouldn't feel like a game of roulette! And whose bright idea was it to let just one elevator run?

The hotel's location is perfect for immersing yourself in the vibrant nightlife of Beale Street, making it easy to explore local bars and music venues.

The cleanliness of the room suffered as there were spots on the lounge net between the top sheet and comforter, indicating a lack of attention to detail during cleaning.

During my stay, I was quite disheartened by the overall service quality at The Westin Memphis Beale Street. The first issue came during check-in, where I was unaware of a significant hold on my credit card that exceeded the quoted price. The staff, including a manager named Val, seemed more focused on placing blame rather than resolving the issue, which turned what should have been a relaxing getaway into a frustrating experience. Additionally, the limited elevator service caused long waits, and I found the bed uncomfortable with noticeable indentations where guests had previously slept. This visit was unfortunately not the luxurious experience I expected.

the location is awesome, just steps away from beale street and the fedex center. the staff were super friendly and always seemed happy to help. loved the breakfast options in the restaurant, especially the eggs with turkey sausage.

the valet parking could use clearer instructions.
