We just had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location is perfect for attending events at the nearby stadium, and we felt safe walking around the area. Room service and housekeeping were excellent, and we found all the amenities we needed including a mini-bar, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and even rollaway beds.

The Westin was worth every penny - great value for money! The room was amazing, with an incredibly comfortable mattress that I want to get for myself. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, and the staff treated me with warmth and respect.

The only thing that could have made breakfast even better would be more variety in the breakfast items.

Great location near Beale Street. The staff provided excellent service, even arranging a cab for our early morning flight. The restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced. The room was slightly dated, but clean and had a spectacular view. I highly recommend Westin.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being nice and clean. The comfortable bedding and the excellent shower head made for a truly relaxing stay. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to everything in the city. I could easily walk to all the downtown attractions. The staff, especially the front desk guy who checked me in and Theresa at the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hotel had a great location with easy access to the main attractions. It was directly across from a popular venue and just around the corner from the famous street known for its live music and restaurants. The on-site restaurant had delicious breakfast options, with perfectly seasoned potatoes and tasty eggs.

The hotel fell short in many ways. The check-in process was incredibly slow, with our room not being ready until well past the scheduled time.

This accommodation boasts an unbeatable location that is walking distance to all the attractions we cared to explore in downtown. We loved the great room and especially the spacious bathroom, which had a separate tub and shower, as well as a comfortable bed for a peaceful night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, recommending the best food places. Plus, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Bleu, and there was a selection of guitars that we could borrow as well.

The key cards were the only negatives during our fantastic stay. They did not function very well, and we had to change them multiple times.

We recently went on a romantic escape and stayed at this hotel near a popular venue. The hotel’s complimentary breakfast and free parking were great additions to our stay. The location was perfect, close to several restaurants and nightlife. We particularly liked the cozy, intimate atmosphere of the hotel lobby.

We could hear noise from outside and it affected our sleep. the carpet in our room was not cleaned well and there were a few stains.

The bed & shower were great and the room smelled fresh and clean. The staff, including Tina, Ursula, Danikka, Carmen. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and the FedEx Forum Stadium.

I recently stayed at The Westin on Beale Street for one night. The location was great, and the bed was comfortable. The Lavender Balm by the bed was a nice touch and made for a relaxing sleep. The heavenly bath towel was incredibly soft and luxurious. The room was clean and spacious, and the shower was my favorite feature. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite not being able to assist with unloading our baggage. a pleasant stay.
