The food at the hotel restaurant was outstanding. We had the best meal of our trip there, accompanied by exceptional service. the hotel staff, especially Eva at the front desk, were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the complimentary tea and coffee available all day was a nice touch. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered free bikes for guests to explore the scenic area.

The lack of outdoor space, other than the pool area, was disappointing. Most of the rear of the property was occupied by a large car lot, which took away from the overall ambiance of the hotel.

The junior suite in the annex to the main house was absolutely luxurious and elegant. The private feel of the place, along with the beautiful grounds and heated pool, made for a truly relaxing stay. The staff at Auberge Resorts Collection went above and beyond to provide attentive and gracious service. The location, nestled in a wooded area between the town center and the beach, was ideal for exploring both. Lastly, the dining options were exceptional, with excellent food in both the fine dining room and the more casual bistro. I would also highly recommend dining at Pearl Kennebunk Beach, a nearby first-rate restaurant.

We had such a delightful stay at this place! The location in a quiet residential area, near the beach, was just perfect. We loved relaxing in the library with newspapers and enjoying the lovely garden furniture. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who brought us a cheese and fruit platter and our favorite beverages, making us feel truly pampered. Instant relaxation was achieved thanks to the wonderful service from the staff. The leisure spa & wellness center and outdoor swimming pool were fantastic additions, allowing us to unwind and enjoy our time even more. a truly memorable experience here!

I was pleasantly surprised by the value we got for our money at this hotel. The room was lovely and the staff treated us incredibly well. The location was also perfect for exploring the downtown area and beach.

One thing that could have made breakfast better was the quality of the omelet. It was paper thin and hard, not what I expected at all.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was so cosy with a fire and even some drinks to help myself to. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable across the food offerings and the beverage offerings. The service was genuine and so accommodating. They actually remembered our conversation of "wanting a place to crash hard and relax after tax season" from 4 months earlier. The room was beautiful and the amenities were top-notch. The pool area was also lovely, and the spa and wellness center provided the perfect relaxation. this place exceeded my expectations in every way.

We loved the beautiful grounds and well-decorated rooms. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel special with little surprises like a bottle of champagne in the room and culinary treats throughout the day. The location, although a bit further from the city and beach, was still easily walkable or bikeable, and they even had a courtesy car available. Families will enjoy the complimentary beach bags and the continental breakfast and afternoon tea.
